Large and modern Ocean front home with direct beach access. This large home features 7 bedrooms with 5.5 bathrooms. All 7 bedrooms have king sized beds. The large gathering spaces easily accommodate a maximum of 17 guests (including all children). The home features a large kitchen and dinner area to allow all guests to sit down for dinner. There are 7 king beds, a bunk bed and 5.5 bathrooms.
The kitchen has everything a chef could need to cook large meals. Two dishwashers a gas range, two ovens, microwave, coffee pots. The dining room and kitchen seat 17.
This home is equipped with high speed WIFI, and Smart HDTV's. Streaming available.
The outdoor spaces feature a large deck, ocean front hot tub, and parking for 6 cars.

High Style Vacation Homes specializes in large luxury vacation rentals and we have five large beach homes in Neskowin. These homes are all listed with this booking agent as well. The location of this house was the best. We couldn’t have been happier with the beach access and safety of the neighborhood. The house is fine and would be good for large groups, but I would not rate it as luxury.

Beach view nice.Property was not "newly remodeled". Could not find one area that was remotely new or fresh.Grill was rusted and no attempt was made to make it functional.Microwave stopped working halfway through stay. Notified management, but no offer to have a portable one brought to house. Back door had one knob on it...Very disappointed in quality, value, and lack of customer service. I suspect this review will be swept under the rug...shame on Vrbo for this listing.Thankfully there are other avenues on the internet to warn others of false advertisement.

The home has undergone numerous updates over time, though we understand opinions on the extent of remodeling can vary. We appreciate your comments regarding the grill and microwave. When the microwave stopped working, we immediately ordered a replacement, but unfortunately we were unable to have it delivered before your departure. We apologize for that inconvenience. We also regret that you felt our customer service fell short. Our goal is always to respond promptly and resolve issues whenever possible, and we take all guest feedback seriously. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Lots of room for everyone. The broken frig door shelves and the door knob on the back door are still an issue that others mentioned. We had to refill the propane in Pacific City and the grill needed some heavy cleaning but at least we knew in advance this would be an issue. Great access to the beach and amazing view.

Beautiful clean home with lovely beach view and massive deck. Good kitchen for cooking. Nice sharp knives and good quality Hexclad pans. Dining table accommodated 14 people.Back door handle was broken off so you couldn’t get back in. Toaster oven timer switch was broken. Second dishwasher was nonfunctional. For the high rental price, all those things should work.

What a weekend! Main water line in the neighborhood broke. No water. Katie was very accommodating and found a neighboring house we could use for showering and kept in great contact with me regarding the water situation. Never did get it back on but a great time was had by all of our group.

The beach view and access are amazing! We, surprisingly, ended up with nice weather. Sitting out on the deck and enjoying the view was wonderful. We also took a really nice hike. The house is spacious and had enough room for everyone. Everyone enjoyed it very much. We only had a couple of issues, the gate code we were given didn't work, but the property management company responded very quickly. The cleanliness of the hot tub was the other issue, but they resolved that by sending someone out. All issues were resolved in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying in this house again.

Family Vacation

This is one of the most beautiful locations we’ve ever stayed at together as a family! The kids of all ages loved playing in the sand and water and the older kids enjoyed trying to boogie board. The adults couldn’t stop thanking me for reserving such a beautiful home. We’ll definitely come back!

Family Fall Get-away

We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach front home. The house is very nice with the most gorgeous view and prime location. The kitchen is well stocked, very nice. We had warm weather and enjoyed the beachfront access. The hot tub was wonderful, too. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of space for all. We can't wait to go again!

this is a beautiful property. We loved being directly on the beach, and easily within many restaurants and POIs. The home was clean, and well represented in the post. Host was very helpful and responsive to our needs. we'll be back!

Our group of 11 had plenty of room. The gathering space on the main floor comfortably held all of us while doing different activities—cooking, putting together a puzzle, watching sports, and watching the waves crash.

Excellent house with great layout and amazing location

The views and proximity to the beach can't be beat! The house is great for large groups with lots of flexible space. The property manager was extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of. The house and contents are showing some deferred maintenance but given Katie's responsiveness, I'm hoping these will be addressed promptly.

Beach holiday

Loved this house…right on the beach that was so quiet and beautiful…access to beach is challenging for less mobile guests but there is an easy access just a few houses down. Check in times and out times seemed to vary from Vrbo site, to emails and then the house itself had a different time posted than documents sent in email…but other than that no complaints! Dog friendly which was a plus! So much fun!
