Surf Retreat Ocean Front Estate is a 7400 sq/ft luxury home. This newly completed home has 9 bedrooms, two full kitchens, and 7 full bathrooms. This home was build for entertaining with a large gourmet kitchen that seats 17 people, large living areas, king sized en-suite bedrooms and endless entertainment options at every turn.
The home has a theater room, pool table, shuffle board, poker table, ping-pong, darts and multiple gathering spaces.
We know the inside amenities will impress but the most amazing thing about the home is its prime Ocean front location. Literally steps to the sand on a flat lot that is fully accessible. Come enjoy Surf Retreat with your friends and family or corporate retreat.

We specialize in large luxury vacation rentals and have five large beach homes (VRBO 490898, 677477, 1042538, 1977666, 1487761 ), a large Sunriver home (VRBO 913853) and a ocean view villa in Cabo San Lucas Mexico (Vrbo 1199830)

It was a great place for our little family reunion. The main room fireplace would not turn on, and the large sliding door from the kitchen to the exterior was very hard to open.

Perfect for our large family. Spacious and very functional with extra refrigerators, washing machines and dishwashers. Games, hot tub, activities for everyone. Ocean and beautiful beach just a few steps away.

Beautiful, spacious home on the beach

This house was perfect for my company's work retreat! It had enough bedrooms and large beds for all 10 of us, had more space, games, and household items than expected, and has an astounding view of the ocean. I could hear it from my oceanfront room with the doors and windows closed! Check-in and checkout instructions were thorough and easy to follow, and the owner was very kind, responsive, and helpful.

Business Retreat

Fantastic home and location! Just look at the pictures and you'll see. Some of the technology could be replaced like the tvs and all their associated components are a little antiquated. The back slider is a workout to open (ocean wear and tear). We couldn't get one of the fireplaces to work, but it was in a bedroom not the main living area, and the hot tub cover should probably be replaced. All small things compared to what an amazing home it is. We'll be back next year.

Breathtaking Getaway!

This was such a wonderful getaway location and we were lucky enough to also have beautiful weather! From the time we walked in the front door to the time we left, everything was perfect. Plenty of space, a well stocked chef's kitchen, beautiful views and comfortable beds :-) We are already looking at dates for our next family get together!!

My parents 60th anniversary

It is a little frustrating when you book a place based on the amenities it has only to have several of them out of service and not a lot of help from property management. The movie theater - you are told in house binder an iPad runs it, No iPad, text manger she’s says it’s a remote. Then we found theater system was bb unplugged and won’t work. Texted management again along with backed up bedroom #5 sinks not draining No response. Fireplaces in two rooms not working. Big fridge in kitchen not working. Management responded with, we added fridges elsewhere in house. Meaning go to different levels of house to store food. I did let management know we found dirty socks under bed and behind doors. She was going to let housecleaning know. At end of stay properly management text to see how stay was and if repair man came, they did not. It’s a beautiful setting and home but if you are going to advertise certain amenities they should be working or let you know before arriving and possibly adjust cost.

Our 2nd Group Visit

There are a lot of little housekeeping and repairs that need to be attended too. We love the property and we are definitely paying premium prices. I don’t want these to deter from the property. Family Reunion

This is a wonderful property and the views of the ocean were amazing! The check in time is not what VRBO advertises (we got in at 5:00 vs 4:00) and the list of rules comes across as unfriendly. We understand that this is a magnificent home and they don't want any damage. That being said, everything else was perfect!

A great indulgent stay

The listing lived up to its pictures and description with two added pleasant surprises. The beach was extensive during our stay and the house construction was solid, so noise in other rooms was not an issue. The ream of documents and warnings received just before check-in was off putting but the place, itself, was great with just a few small issues, like sand was in the hot tub when we arrived and we were told we’d be fined if we got sand in it. But this place is highly recommended. The home was well appointed and the warren of rooms was a delight to explore. The entertainment and game room areas were heaven for kids and adults, alike. Recommended.

Fun on the Ocean beach.

This was a definitely a luxury home. It is right on the Ocean beach. We walked frequently to see the sun rise and set as well as experience the high and low tide.

The house and location were absolutely beautiful, and the home was well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. However, there were some issues. VRBO has a different check-in and check-out time than what was on the contract sent the day before we took possession of the property. It might seem small, but that took two hours away from us. There was also a power outage that lasted eight hours which we found out was scheduled. I understand that the power outage couldn't be helped, but it would have been nice to have a heads-up so we could have planned our day around it. When you have 20 people and you are told not to use the toilet it definitely presents a problem. Also, multiple outlets did not work and the hot water heater kept needing to be reset mid shower. The mini refrigerator upstairs also was broken. Even with the multiple issues we still had a great time and loved the house. Here is a list of the broken outlets: bathroom #5, bathroom on the main floor off of the kitchen, kitchen island, kitchen outlets to the left of the skink.

Beautiful location

Great house and location made it feel like you were on a semi-secluded beach, house is so big we kept getting lost and turned around in it. Property manager was kind of rude otherwise we all had a great time celebrating 50years of marriage with all our kids, grandchildren and great-grandchildren

Optima Foot & Ankle yearly Beach Trip

This is the 2nd time we have rented this beautiful home. It is perfect for our work family. Large, well equipped kitchen to cook in, amazing outdoor area and views. The kids enjoy the theater and game area while the adults enjoy the quiet upstairs. Perfect get away for any family reunion or girls weekend.

Almost perfect; management not helpful with problems.

The house was huge, beautiful and had just about every amenity a family could want! However, the first full day the electricity went out all along an entire wall of the kitchen. Management kept telling us that they couldn't get anyone to help on a holiday weekend; ironic since we paid extra to be there on a holiday weekend. The hot water heater was unplugged when we arrived. Fortunately this was one call the manager did return, and we were able to find the problem. The hot tub had an enormous leak in it. The first time management was alerted about this, they "gave us permission" to refill the tub with the hose. Within a very short time, the water was below the jets again. I tried contacting the manager, concerned that the jets might keep going after the hot tub was empty and damage it. No response. I sent email, vrbo message, and text. While there, the management had authorized a contractor to enter a basement side door in order to do some repairs on the ceiling. The children played and slept down there, and that basement door was left unlocked in order for the contractor to just walk in on their own time. The signed agreement mentions that the garbage dumpster MUST be kept locked due to bears in the area. Every single night, the bears came and knocked over the dumpster to take garbage. The lock did not work. In the dumpster There were many many rules about shoes, furniture placement, check out time, hot tub, etc. This is all very understandable given the size and quality of the home. Most rules, however, threaten large fines if rules are not followed. It seems as though the signed contract and downpayment would be enough to cover those issues. The home itself was more than worth the cost. It was spacious, beautiful, and well equipped with a wonderful location. The lack of attentiveness from management (or even the NEED for them during our stay), made the cost sting a little.

This property is truly the finest home we have ever seen on the Oregon coast. We have looked for a long time to find the perfect fit for a new ocean front home and this home was beyond our expectations. We think our guests will be amazed by the amenities and luxuries of this ocean front estate.
