Interior of the villa spread over 145 m2 involves 3 large bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, open plan large living room with fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is one additional bathroom with a washing machine at the entrance. The beautifully decorated living room has a comfortable sofa, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and more. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is a microwave, dishwasher, large dining table, large fridge. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi internet access. Parking for two cars.

From the living room, you are directly connected with a large shady terrace overlooking the pool and the olive grove. There is a big dining table outside, barbecue area and a lounge corner for enjoying dishes and drinks during hot summer days and nights.

Area: Villa is in Galizana, just 9-11 min drive to Pula (6.8 km) and 7 min to Fazana (5 km).

Pula is the largest city in Istria. Its most famous attraction, the well-preserved Roman amphitheatre called The Arena, is one of the most famous sights in the whole of Croatia. The most famous and important monument, built during the 1st century AD and completed under the reign of Emperor Vespasian, this amphitheatre is the sixth largest in the world (of those that still exist). The three-storey structure held 23,000 spectators in Roman times and today hosts numerous concerts and events throughout the year, including Pula Film Festival.

Fažana is a small and picturesque old fishing town ideal for relaxation and recreation. It is also the port from where you can reach the Brijuni Islands National Park, the well-known Earth’s paradise. Families with children will find beautiful beaches and playgrounds, there are various sports facilities, numerous restaurants, ice cream shops and beautiful seaside promenade where everyone can enjoy sunsets and sea air. There is a 12 kilometres long bike trail, which offers an additional experience of the wonderful coastline while passing along alluring Mediterranean vegetation with a gorgeous view of the Brijuni Islands.

Activities: Biking, walking by the seaside, swimming and sunbathing, daily trips exploring small picturesque villages in Istria, dining in wonderful restaurants within 15 minutes drive. Taking a trip to Cape Kamenjak (south of Pula), is an ideal way to spend a day, where you will find gorgeous caves, bays, beaches and turquoise waters of this nature park. Experience the untouched nature of the Brijuni National Park with its golf course.
