This beautiful Villa is nested on the outskirts of Pula city and town centre as well as the white pebbly beaches in Fazana. The property is in a solitary position allowing for perfect tranquility and privacy in a small village Galižana.
Villa built with high standards and in traditional style. The interior has 150 m2 with 2000 m2 garden, beautifully decorated with attention to details. There are 3 bedrooms, a two double and one twins. All of the three double bedrooms are very spacious with en suite bathrooms, separate air conditioning and sat TV. One additional bed or a baby cots can be made available on request at no extra charge. The villa is fully air conditioned and has broadband WiFi internet access. Outside you will be surrounded by beautiful nature.You will find a private swimming pool, sun beds. Next to the pool there is covered area for dining al-fresco with a large barbecue. Here you can prepare your meals and enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail. The villa is in a very quiet location surrounded by olive trees. Inside on the ground floor you will find a big open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dinning and living room. The spacious living room has a big fireplace and LCD sat TV.
The villa is fully walled and gated with private parking. Next door there is only a similar villa and the village is 100m away. So you are set for a perfectly relaxing holiday. There are a dozen of nice beaches within 3 km.
Villa is located in the south-western part of Istria, just 3 km from the region's tourist centre Pula. We recommend it to families with children and to guests who prefer tranquillity rather than the hustle and bustle of big cities. Besides bathing and suntanning, you can also spend your time bike riding because many Istrian cycling trails pass through or near Galizana.

Pula is a town with a lot of historical and cultural landmarks, but with no doubt the greatest of them all is the Amphitheatre. This amazing monumental construction, popularly called the Arena of Pula, was built in the 1st Century AD during the reign of Emperor Vespasian. Today it's an impressive site where many concerts, operas, ballet, theatrical performances and film festivals are held. Embark on a historical journey to the Arena of Pula where many fierce gladiators bravely faced lions. -
Fazana, the town situated in the vicinity of classical Pula, the port of departure for the Brijuni Islands – the national park with the attributes of “Heaven on Earth” – with its beaches, pine woods, waterfront promenades, restaurants along the sea is the perfect place for rest and recreation. In the centre of Fazana there are supermarket, shops, bank, post-office, tourist information centre, open-air restaurants and cafe bars and beautiful beaches.

A 10 min boat ride from Fazana is the beautiful Brijuni islands national park with animals running freely all around you and a 18 hole Golf course. There's also a highly acclaimed open air theatre 'Ulysses' on the Brijuni islands. In Pula (a 3000 y.o. City) there's is a lot to see... and experience. International stars have concerts in the Roman arena trough out the summer.

Vodnjan is a charming town with visible Venetian influence in its many medieval houses and narrow winding streets full of shops and cafes, and outdoor life. You can eat spectacular ice creams, sip cool beers and crisp dry white malvasia local wine or browse in the town market. The focal point of the town is the Baroque church of St Blaise, well worth a visit as it contains great old master Italian paintings, antique items and relics. If you are in Vodnjan in August, you will be entertained by the traditional summer festival with all kinds of food stalls to sample from, local arts and crafts and music performances in town square
