Contemporary house ideally located 500m walk from the pretty beach of Anse du Stole and the coastal path.
A short walk along this beach on a landscaped trail and you are in the small town of Lomener. You can buy delicious seafood, savor a coffee while contemplating the ocean, satisfy your gluttony with pancake pancakes to take away, or even stroll along the dike which offers you a splendid view of the Isle of Groix .
All amenities are within walking distance: bakery, restaurant, cafe, press, crêperie, fishmonger, intermarket, pharmacy.
The house is a bit rustic, practical. It is located in a quiet and pleasant subdivision, and has an enclosed garden of 400m2 with terrace. It is bright, medium in size, 100 m2, with a good distribution of living spaces. The living room area is nice for making beautiful tables (up to 10).
You will find a shower room and separate toilet on the ground floor, a bathroom with toilet upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms with double bed (140), one bedroom with sofa bed (140), and also a sofa bed (140) in the living room if additional beds are needed.
It will be a great anchor for your activities.
The walks along the coastal path are very pretty. If you go towards Larmor-Plage and the citadel of Port Louis (nice tours, to join by boat), you will cross the beautiful and long beach of Kerguelen. If you decide to leave for the very cute port of Kerroch, you will come across several magnificent small beaches before walking on a path more exposed to the elements and rocky.
Food lovers will be delighted with several quality brands nearby.
The nautical center of Kerguelen is a stone's throw away for lovers of sailing and water sports.
The Base at Lorient is very close and allows you to admire the offshore racing boats, and learn more about the city of sailing or even immerse yourself in war history with the visit of the gigantic bunkers and the -marine.
We will be happy to inform you about other activities in the area.
Have a nice stay in this magnificent region!
