In regards to your feedback about no access to the pool bar and restaurants, we do understand how this can be an inconvenience for some. While we do make multiple efforts to ensure guests understand that the use of the membership only amenities are not included in this rental, we do still find that some will still mention as a sideline. We do hope that everything provided was to your enjoyment and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back. Jeff

Sorry to hear of your disappointment in the owner's kitchen and appliances. We are working with the owner to replace the small appliances. In regards to the resort amenities not being available, we do appreciate your frustration with this but as this owner does not participate in the Resort's rental program, the membership privileges do not accompany the rental of this condo. We make strong efforts to ensure that all potential and confirmed guests are fully aware of this at many customer dialogue touch points including property description information, on the confirmation email, in the confirmation letter, in our check in packet of information, in the condo, and direct customer touch point dialogue. Again thank you for sharing your experience and we hope to have an opportunity to welcome you back to another managed property.
