Unique modern house in Afetes with breathtaking views!

This freshly-built & warmly decorated stone-house in Afetes offers an ideal accommodation for mountain lovers, as well as for sea fans. It's just few kilometers away from white sandy beaches and literally next to the forest and the nature of mountain Pelion. The bioclimatic design and minimalistic interior offers unique holidays in a very peaceful and picturesque village. It's an ideal accommodation option for families or couples and the view from every corner is breathtaking!

This property follows a minimalistic style, mainly in the interior space, while it respects the traditional architectural lines and materials of Pelion mountain (eg. the local stones that form these amazing roofs). The house consists of two levels and accommodates comfortably up to four people.

Our guests enter the main door and find a closet right in front, while at the right side is the fully equipped kitchen and opposite of it is the bathroom with the washing machine. You take two steps and reach the main living room area with the dining table. Here you may enjoy the warmth of the fireplace during winter period or sit next to the windows and watch the endless blue of the Aegean Sea or the picturesque village. Dining table is large and sits comfortably six people, while the two sofas are actually two proper single beds for extra guests.

The upper level is fully covered by parkwood and is so cozy offering view of the whole lower level. There is a chest of drawers here to store your clothes and personal things, as well as plenty of space for your luggage.

The outdoor area has a marble table with few chairs and a large umbrella that is handy during the very hot summer season.

This lovely property is an ideal accommodation option for families of three to five and we may also provide you with baby cot and high chair.
