Lakefront Two Bedroom, Two Bath Grandview on the Lake Condo

As the property manager I was very disappointed to hear of the guest experience as we have had nothing but positive feedback from previous guests as well as following renters. Upon check in I was under the impression we had addressed the guest needs when it was brought to our attention a few kitchen items had gone missing. After receiving no more feedback it threw us for a loop upon departure to hear of the other items. Having not had the opportunity to correct matters (or even had them be known) during the stay we felt the refund request to the amount requested was unreasonable. Had we been aware of the situation and felt we could not satisfy needs or the cleanliness truly was subpar a refund would have been issued or we could have have transferred the reservation to a comparable or larger condo on site. As a gesture the offer of an additional night free of charge was extended. Upon a thorough inspection after the guest departure no stains were found on sheets or duvets and our broom was in the usual location by the washing machine. The door to the patio was not broken although the little cap over the latch had fallen off which was easily replaced. That did not interfere with the function of the door however. A quick call or email to me would have had the drains unclogged within minutes by the on-site maintenance staff and any kitchen items not present that were felt necessary could have been promptly delivered. Myself, as well as our housekeeping staff, wants nothing but the best for all guests. We are committed 100% to serve guests needs no matter the time of day or night and felt helpless in the situation only being notified as the guests were walking out the door. As the manager of this unit and others I hope potential renters reading this will take a moment to look at the additional reviews on this condo as well as the different units in our rental pool that attest to our standards and cleanliness levels.
