This lovely 4 ensuite bedroom fully A/C-ed family friendly (heated = add on 240,--€) pool bungalow 200m² bungalow villa is situated in an estate(almost solely existing of big detached pool villas) on one of the highest points in the region between the characteristic Portuguese (former fisher - and 2 of the most popular Algarvian) villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. Limited sea views already from lounge - and pool terrace however going up to the huge 80(!)m² roof terrace will give you lovely 360° views over coastline, Portimão and Monchique hills, especially at night Portimão is magnificent to watch! This modern quality villa consists of 4 bedrooms which all have their own bathroom, 6x(!!) A/C(Daikin, top brand in the world of airconditioning), terrace exit(except one), built in wardrobes, entry hall, enormous south facing ample light flooded double A/C-ed lounge with internet, dining- and seating area, adjoining a fully equipped kitchen. Brilliant stay at villa miguel

Lovely villa, perfect for two families( could take more). Quiet area. All fittings to high standard. Very roomy. Fantastic pool and nice garden. Great location for exploring the algarve.some wonderful beaches nearby. Had a great time. Would come again

Belle villa

Belle villa bien placée avec de nombreux équipements. Petits problèmes de Clim mais nous avons été prévenus des l’arrivée, et les clims ont été changées 2 jours après. Piscine et jardin au top bien entretenus !

Bonjour madame, merci pour votre mots gentiles, nous sommes heureux que vous avez passe des vacances "tip top"!!! Vous êtes les premieres critiquer des machines dans la cuisine, la machine vaisselle est de juillet 2018(!), frigo(2019), placards(2019), four de cuisson(2016) tous absolute moderne, oui, machine a laver un peu vieille mais avec service dans le dernier mois alors functionemente parfait! Néanmoins nous allons communiquer le "petit hic" a propriétaire e essayons convaincre investir em nouvelle machine, ils sont toujours très, tres motivés en investir tous pour faire le meilleur impression a les invités. Hoiday in Portugal

We took our children and grand children to this wonderful villa which is well equipped for a family holiday. The pool and garden are delightful, great BBQ and the most comfortable beds we have ever had in a holiday villa. Mary was so polite and helpful with any requests that we had.

Beautiful villa, perfect for family holiday

We were lucky enough to arrive in daylight to see the villa and its garden and pool at its best. It was very clean and spacious and the heated pool was amazing! All the rooms were large and the beds extremely comfortable. The living areas were again, spacious and well furnished. The patio area was just right, and the gardens were a great deal prettier than the picture showed! The area is very quiet so our little one got a good sleep every night, and a variety of supermarkets were only 10 minutes drive away. The gorgeous beaches were also only a few minutes drive away - so a car was an essential. We went into Ferragudo a lot - to eat and shop but mostly just stayed around the pool and garden chilling. There were a few hiccups at the beginning which Jeroen dealt with quickly and efficiently. Just a couple of things that may be considered for the future? A welcome pack, even a small one, would be very much appreciated. We arrived in the middle of the day and had no water or anything to drink until we made our trip to supermarket. The beautiful roof terrace could be made so much more appealing with some furniture, so that evenings and sunsets can be really appreciated. It seemed a waste of space to have it empty which was a shame. Overall though one of the best villa holidays we have had.

Prima verblijf in Ferragudo

In juni 2017 hebben wij opnieuw de villa gehuurd. Vorig jaar was dit de eerste keer. Prima verblijf! De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer fijn vinden wij oa dat alle kamers over airco beschikken en dat er overal horren aanwezig zijn. Hierdoor is de woning vrij van insecten. De woning ziet er goed onderhouden uit. Toen wij aankwamen ontbrak er een parasol en een tosti-ijzer. Nadat wij dit hadden gemeld werd dit binnen 1 dag geregeld door de verhuurorganisatie. Klasse ! Van het zwembad hebben wij dagelijks gebruik van gemaakt. Heerlijk ! Binnen een paar minuten rijden zijn tal van stranden en restaurants te vinden. De omgeving is rustig. Je kan het vertier opzoeken en dat deden wij regelmatig. Carvoeiro maar ook Ferragudo (op het plein) waren wij regelmatig te vinden. Via de verhuurorganisatie heb ik ook een auto gehuurd. Ook dit werd prima afgehandeld. De auto staat klaar bij aankomst, dus geen lange wachttijden en bij vertrek konden wij de auto gewoon parkeren zonder dat je in de rij hoefde te staan om e.e.a. af te wikkelen. Villa Miguel zullen wij nog wel vaker gaan huren.

Fantastisch !

Wij hebben deze fantastische villa gehuurd in de laatste twee weken van juni 2016. Werkelijk een prima verblijf gehad in deze zeer ruime villa met zwembad. De woning ligt in een rustige omgeving. Vanaf de ochtend tot en met zonsondergang is er zon in de ruime tuin. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zijn bijna overal horren zodat er geen last is van ongedierte. De airco's in alle ruimten zorgen er ook voor dat het nooit te warm wordt. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Voorts heeft de villa goede privacy. Vanaf deze villa is het ca. 7 minuten naar centrum van Ferragoudo of naar een van de stranden daar in de buurt. Ook het gezellige Carvoeiro ligt op minder dan een kwartier afstand. Wij komen zeker terug.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé dans cette villa un très agréable séjour de deux semaines fin Avril 16. En arrivant, nous avons découvert une villa spacieuse et très lumineuse grâce à ses baies vitrées s'ouvrant sur un jardin arboré et parfaitement entretenu ainsi que sur la piscine. Nous sommes montés tout de suite sur le toit-terrasse pour profiter de la superbe vue à 360° sur l'océan, Portimão et les collines de Monchique. La situation de cette villa est parfaite, endroit calme, à proximité de la côte, de Ferragudo et des Gramacho et Vale Da Pinta Golfs. L'intérieur se compose d'une grande entrée, une grande pièce à vivre, une cuisine bien équipée et quatre chambres avec salle de bain, WC et nombreux rangements. Tout était très propre, le linge changé régulièrement. Comme il faisait encore frais, nous avions demandé le chauffage de la piscine, et nous avons ainsi pu profiter d'une eau à 30°, ce qui était bien agréable. Bref, nous avons beaucoup beaucoup aimé cette villa, et nous espérons l'occuper de nouveau très vite. Pour ce qui concerne l'agence de location, c'était la quatrième fois que nous faisions appel à elle. A chaque fois, nous avons été très satisfaits de leurs prestation, de leur écoute et de leur disponibilité. Merci Jeroen ! A bientôt, j'espère.

Sehr schöner Urlaub an der Algarve

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Kinder) und verlebten in der Villa Miguel einen wunderschönen zweiwöchigen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus mit Garten und Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Unser Kinder haben besonders den Pool genossen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung und sehr günstig zu den vielen malerischen Stränden an der Steilküste der Algarve. In der Ferienhaussiedlung befindet sich noch eine sehr kleine Ferienanlage mit zwei Tennisplätzen. Ein schöner Strand (Praia dos Caneiros) mit einem schönen Restaurant in Ferragudo liegt nur ca. 800m entfernt. Wenn man hier abends essen gehen möchte, sollte man vorher reservieren. Carvoeiro liegt mit seinem Strand nur etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die zahlreichen Strände bei Benagil erreicht man in ca. 20 Minuten. Die Vermieter haben uns mit vielen Tipps zur Seite gestanden, z.B. uns einen sehr guter Tipp für ein Fischrestaurant in Ferragudo gegeben. Gute Supermärkte sind direkt in Lagoa (10 Minuten mit dem Auto) erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

nous avons passe 15 jours magnifiques au mois d'aout dans la villa miguel a estombar au Portugal : la villa est tres spacieuse et lumineuse avec de nombreuses baies vitrées ,les quatres grandes chambres avec chacune leur salle de bains et de nombreux rangements,la cuisine est tres fonctionnelle avec tout le neccessaire ( plaque a induction ,frigo et congelateur .... ) , un grand hall d'entrée et un salon salle a manger avec television dvd et cd .La villa etait tres prope a notre arrivee et le service d'entretien (changement de draps et nettoyage des salles d'eau et des sols)au cours de notre sejour etait tres discret et fort agreable ( toujours une maison propre).L'exterieur est tres bien entretenu et verdoyant(nombreuses plantes et palmiers) avec un grand espace de jeu pour les enfants ainsi que la piscine(pas de vis a vis terrain cloture) .La villa est tres bien situee pour vister toute l'Algarve ce que nous avons fait ou nous avons pu profiter de magnifiques paysages .Au niveau restauration ,nous avons toujours ete enchante des restaurants ou nous avons manges.Pour les courses ,petite epicerie a sesmarias a un km, et des grandes surfaces a lagoa environ 3 kms. Nous avons eu un tres bon accueil par l'agence a chaque demande complementaire concernant la location et a ce sujet je peux recommander cette location a une personne handicapee puisque je suis en fauteuil roulant .Les echanges telephoniques ou par mail avec les membres de l'agence ont toujours ete tres courtois et les renseignements concernants la villa et son emplacement nous ont ete tres utiles. La villa est situee dans un quartier tres calme et ensoleille ,de la terrasse on a une tres belle vue sur l'ocean et sur la ville de Portimao. Nous recommandons fortement cette villa pour plusieurs couples avec enfants ,personnes agees , personnes a mobilite reduite

Fantastic holiday in a luxurious villa!

We were two families with a total of four adults and seven kids who stayed in this villa for twelve days in June 2014. We had a fantastic time! As we have been to the area once before we already knew that beaches, running/walking tracks along the cliffs etc was very good. The villa is spacious, clean, well equipped and have a fantastic garden. We spent many days just relaxing by the pool, and the kids loved both the heated pool and the spacious garden where they could play. Enjoying the evening meal with a great sunset view from the roof terrace was a great way to finish the day. Another thing we liked about the house was that everything was located on one floor (except the roof terrace which could easily be closed off) making it easier to manage many small children playing around. We booked through Algarvacation and Jeroen and his team gave us excellent service and information from the minute we showed interest until we left the house. There are restaurants and a mini-market close to the house, and you have all amenities easily accessible by car in Carvoeiro or Lagoa. Recommend a car to be able to go on longer day trips, to the slide´n splash waterslide park etc. If you are interested in food we recommend to try the Bonbon gourmet restaurant in Sesmarias (10-15 min walk from the house)! Fantastic meal and service. I would not hesitate to recommend this house for families travelling together and families with children. Truly great place to spend your holiday and at least for us, we could not ask for more from a holiday villa. Will definitely consider going back to this house if we visit the region again. Ruime villa met alle modern comfort, zeer verzorgde tuin en zwembad. Prachtige kust met kliffen en kleine strandjes op wandelafstand. De makelaar Algarvacation was erg behulpzaam, en er was geen moeite te veel om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Proficiat!!

JUST PERFECT

WE HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM VILLA MIGUEL. WE HAD AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TIME. THE VILLA IS SITUATED IN A LOVELY QUIET SPOT IN BETWEEN CARVOAIRO AND FERRAGODA (5 MINS DRIVE TO EACH) THE VILLA WAS SPOTLESS AND THE BEDS COMFORTABLE. THERE WERE 9 OF US STAYING IN THE VILLA (4 ADULTS AND 5 CHILDREN) AND THERE WAS AMPLE SPACE. THE GARDEN AND POOL AREA IS FANTASTIC AND WE SPENT LOTS OF DAYS RELAXING BY THE POOL AND BBQING. OUR CHILDREN AGED FROM 10 - 2 HAD A BRILLIANT TIME PLAYING IN THE POOL, GARDEN AND ROOF TERRACE. 2 MINUTES DRIVE AWAY IS THE SMALL VILLGE OF SESMARIES - THIS HAS A GREAT PIZZA RESTAURANT (THEY DELIVER ALSO) AND HAS A LOCAL STORE WHICH HAS A FANTASTIC BAKERS INSIDE. 5 MINUTES DRIVE INTO FERRAGUDA YOU WILL FIND THE GRANDE PRAIRIE. THIS BEACH IS AMAZING AND GREAT FOR FAMILIES OR COUPLES. THE BEACH HAS 4 BEACH RESTAURANTS AND BARS - ALL SERVING DELICIOUS FOOD AND DRINK. WE SPENT LOTS OF DAYS AT THIS BEACH. CLUB NAU IS PARTICULARLY GOOD AND HAS LIVE BANDS PLAYING EVERY NIGHT. THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT LOOK AFTER THIS PROPERTY WERE FANTASTIC AND THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED BOTH BEFORE ARRIVAL AND WHILST WE WERE AWAY WAS SECOND TO NONE. WE BOOKED CAR HIRE THROUGH JEREON (MANAGEMENT AGENT) ALSO AND THEY DELIVERED THE CAR TO OUR VILLA SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO HANG AROUND AT THE AIRPORT. ALL IN ALL A REALLY BEAUTIFUL VILLA IN AN EXCELLENT SPOT AND I WOULD RETURN HERE AGAIN, AND WILL DEFINITELY BOOK THROUGH AGENTS AGAIN.

Schöner Familienurlaub an der Algarve

Wir waren mit zwei Familien, darunter vier Kinder, in der Villa Miguel. Das Haus ist sehr schön, groß genug für zwei Familien und hat eine tolle Dachterrasse, von der man sowohl das Meer, als auch Portimao aus der Entfernung sieht. Wir haben hier zwei sehr erholsame Wochen verbringen können und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank auch an Herrn Kramer für die nette Betreuung vor und auch während des Urlaubs. This lovely 4 en-suite bedroom fully A/C-ed family friendly (heated) 260m² bungalow pool villa is situated in an estate on one of the highest points in the region between the characteristic Portuguese villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. Limited sea views already from lounge – and pool terrace however going up to the huge 80m² roof terrace will give you lovely 360° views over the coastline, Portimao and Monchique hills, especially at night Portimao is magnificent to watch! This modern quality villa consists of 4 bedrooms which all have their own bathroom, 6x A/C (Daikin), terrace exit(except one), built in wardrobes, entry hall, enormous south facing ample light flooded double A/C-ed lounge with internet, dining- and seating area, adjoining a fully equipped kitchen. Outside; numerous terraces, built barbecue terrace, 5 x 10m (heated) pool, grass areas and the fantastic huge roof terrace. The 1000m² private grounds are fully fenced in and a high hedge ensures privacy, splendid bay beaches like Praia dos Caneiros + Praia do Pintadinho only minutes away!
