Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.

The detached villa benefits from its own private pool, garden and barbecue area to Dine Al-Fresco, perfect for family gatherings.

Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning garden, pool and sea views, dinning on balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With 2 double bedrooms and 2 double single bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Spacious lounge dining room 84m2, with 3 ample sofa, dining table and 8 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the sea, pool and garden, patio doors to balcony and barbecue area.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.

SLEEPING

The sleeping arrangements provided are 4 bedrooms all on suite, 2 with a queen beds, another 2 bedrooms with two single beds each.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, Internet Access Wi-Fi (wireless) Ping pong table.

BATHROOMS

The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

BEDROOMS

The bedrooms have queen beds and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, central air conditioning units for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the garden, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

BALCONY

8 chairs table and clothes airer.

POOL

Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.

PARKING

Parking outside on roadside in front of the villa.

Tourist TAX - We hereby inform you that the Albufeira City Council is charging the Municipal Tourist Tax of €2/Sleep, per night per stay up to a maximum of 7 nights for guests aged 13 and over. The Municipal Tourist Tax is due upon check-in in a single instalment and the Municipality of Albufeira will issue the invoice respectively. (The Tourist TAX is NOT part of the booking).
