Villa Altos de Santiago

Villa Altos de Santiago is located on the edge of one of the "hills" that shape Playa Santiago bay, situated 150 metres above sea level. This villa offers one of the best views in the area and features several terraces in the house rooms, as well as an outdoor swimming pool to make the most of the panoramic views.



It is also worth noting that the house faces only towards the sea, offering maximum privacy and tranquillity.



The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms spread over two floors.

·On the upper floor it has:

Double suite: 1.80m bed with private terrace and private bathroom equipped with bathtub.

Single suite: 2 single beds with the possibility of joining them together and a private bathroom equipped with bathtub.

·On the middle floor it has:

Double suite: 1.80m bed with access to terrace and private bathroom equipped with bathtub.

Double bedroom: Double bed with access to bathroom shared with the single bedroom

Single bedroom: Single bed with access to shared bathroom.



Among the common areas, it is worth highlighting:

- Very bright dining room equipped with Smart TV and exterior terrace with chill-out area

- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, etc

- Lower lounge with access to the barbecue with dining table, pool table and access to the swimming pool.

- Swimming pool with incredible views and toilet



Information to bear in mind:

- The outdoor swimming pool is heated; however, the heating service is not included in the reservation cost. If you wish to use this option, you must let us know so we can turn on the heating at an additional cost.

- Pool maintenance tasks are carried out twice a week and cannot be postponed. We will inform you of the times once you have made your reservation.

- Please note that a deposit of €200.00 will be retained before your arrival. This amount will be released upon your departure, provided the property is in the same condition as when you arrived.



- Important notice: Alajeró Town Council is currently carrying out improvement works on the pedestrian path near the villa. These works are beyond our control and are expected to continue until February 2027. During this period, there may be occasional construction noise from Monday to Friday during working hours, mainly in the external areas of the property. Thank you for taking this into account before making your reservation.
