This is a practical 1-room apartment that spans 34 m2 and is spread over two levels. The furnishings are functional and include a living/sleeping room with a curtain that separates it from the rest of the apartment. In this room, there are two beds (80 cm) and a dining table. The living/sleeping room also has access to a terrace, which is a great spot to relax and unwind. The kitchenette has four gas rings and a freezer, making it easy to prepare meals.

The apartment also has a shower/bidet/WC. Heading upstairs, you'll find an open gallery with sloping ceilings and a double bed. The apartment is equipped with heating and air-conditioning, making it comfortable no matter the time of year.
