Hosting three bedrooms: one king-size with Juliet balcony, one twin and one day bed, together sleeping five guests and sharing a shower room. Downstairs provides an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a utility/cloakroom. Outside has an enclosed patio area with furniture and a lower terrace, as well as roadside parking on first come, first-served basis. The Light House is an excellent choice for a rural break to the coast of Devon.
