The Bay is perfect for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and canoeing. Very comfortable furniture and mattresses! If you like a clean, newly painted, recently furnished and quiet home, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Interior: This 2800 sq. foot, 3-story bayside beach chalet features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room with bay views, fully equipped kitchen, a loft, and large recreation room (1000 sq. feet) for additional entertainment space. The first floor recreation room includes a ping pong table, foosball, pool table, and 2-person basketball shootout game with a full bath with tub/shower and large capacity washer and dryer. The second floor features 2 Queen bedrooms, living room and large eat-in kitchen with seating for up to 11 guests. The third floor boasts a large master bedroom with king bed and balcony with bay views, and the fourth bedroom contains 2 bunk beds with 4 twin mattresses. Also on the third floor is a loft area with a twin day bed with trundle. The house sleeps total of 12. Newer furniture, mattresses, bedding, and appliances throughout! Kitchen is modern with a dining table and chair set that expands to hold up to 8 people and counter seating for 3. The house has 4 smart TVs with Amazon Prime Video, NETFLIX, and Disney+ capability in the rec room, living room and loft, and cable in the rec room and living room. The house has free high speed WIFI.

Exterior: The house has a 500 sq. foot wrap-around deck for beautiful bay views and sunsets, complete with outdoor seating for 12 with convertible benches/tables and a 4-burner propane grill with side burner. Private driveway for off-street parking of 2 to 3 cars. Sizable rear yard with pool perfect for outdoor activities.

Our property is perfect for families with small children. A baby crib has been added to one of the Queen bedrooms on the second floor! Crib mattress sheets are NOT provided. All small furniture has anti-tip straps. We have a high chair, 2 pack and plays and optional bedside rails for bunk beds. We have a wagon and 2 single strollers perfect for trips to the zoo! The house also has 4 chairs , 3 loungers and a beach umbrella to use at the beach as well as beach toys for kids. When we are there, the smaller age group children relax in the third floor loft playing games or watching Netflix. Adults and big kids can relax on the second floor or in the first floor game room.

This house is in a safe, low-traffic area perfect for family vacations, gatherings, reunions, and special events.

Appliances: 2 Full Size Refrigerator/Freezer Units, Gas Range/Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer, Dryer, Flex Coffee maker (Standard Filter Coffee and K-Cups), Toaster, Sandwich Maker/Press, Blender, Blow Dryer, and Steam Clothing Straightener.

BEAUTIFUL MIAMI BEACH NJ: Beautiful, quiet beach with sand bars on the Delaware bay. Perfect for kids to build castles on the beach and family walks – 100 steps/half block away.
DELAWARE BAY: Perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, windsurfing and other water sports. Larger boat access available 7 miles away.
LOCAL EATERIES: Harpoon’s on the Bay, Mel’s Waffle House, the Castaway Cafe and Jake’s Bar & Grill are all excellent choices and locally owned and operated.
CAPE MAY BEACHES: Approximately 8 miles away, lie some of New Jersey’s most pristine beaches providing ample space for a perfect day at the shore. These areas feature The Promenade, a paved pedestrian walking and cycle path on ocean side of Beach Avenue perfect for walking, running, bicycle riding and other activities including the Cape May Convention and Events Center.
CAPE MAY RESTAURANTS and SHOPPING: If you plan on checking out the dining and shopping scene in Cape May, park your car at park & ride parking lot and take the Historical Cape May Trolley Tour around Cape May for $1. This is one of the most beautiful zoos on the east coast with a huge playground for children of all ages, a disc golf course, and a ropes/zip lining course called Tree to Tree Adventures (book online to get a spot for ropes course and zip lining).
CAPE MAY COUNTY HISTORICAL MUSEUM: Approximately 8 miles away, the museum is located in three historic buildings featuring a treasure trove of exhibits showcasing county life from Native American times through the twenty-first century.
