Beautiful place in Stockholm archipelago - providing a relaxed summer by the sea

The property consists of two houses.

The main house is 75 sqm and is made for social living with a 15 sqm bedroom and bathroom, and a 60 sqm open area with a fire place, fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 10-14 seats. The open area also includes a sofa and chairs for relaxing. On the veranda / balcony under the transparent roof we have the Weber genesis II 610 for outdoor cooking, a table and chairs overlooking the property and the bay.

On the wooden deck there is an outdoor kitchen with a 78cm Muurikka frying table and a zink with drinking water.

The guest house is 40 sqm with three sleeping cabins and one bathroom, all with separate entrances from outside. The platform and stairs outside is a perfect
place for your morning coffee regardless if you enjoy being alone at 3 in the morning with the sun starting to warm up your left side or brunching at 11 with the whole entourage.

On sunny days the outdoor shower will provide solar powered hot water.

When you don't make your own morning bread with the kitchenaid, we have some bikes that can take you to the bakery "Stavsnäs hembageri" in about 10 minutes.

By the water we have a sail / rowing boat good for fishing / exploring or sailing (included).

When you want to swim in sweet water we have several lakes within a couple of minutes of walking distance.

- For windsurfing we have a Kona One with a 5. 0m2 and a 7. 4m2 sail for those with knowledge on how to return to port. There is no help in case of distress.

On the property we have an archery butt with a max distance of 60m. Airgun target holder. Bring your own gear - no broadheads.
