Please No ski or snowboard boots worn inside the unit-it may disturb downstairs neighbors. Thank you!
Pet fee: $145 plus applicable fees per pet. Reservations booked via 3rd party will be sent a pet fee request after booking.

Great place to stay

The place was very nice has all the amenities and very nicely decorated. It also has a great gas fireplace and very comfortable beds. Walking distance to Canyon Lodge.

Great stay

The property was very nice. Good location, close to everything. Lots of stairs up to our room. Goodies, bowls and leashes to use for the pup. Pillows were very large and firm. Great communication with management- very prompt and helpful!

Great for the price. Close to the mountain. Ski season was over but we were able to enjoy the bike trails. Super close and fun! The place had everything we needed for a family of 4.

The location was great. We enjoyed the spa and hiking right behind the property. The only issue was the wifi didn't work.

Great location but not ski in ski out as advertised. Easy check in and great condo with fireplace, balcony and garage. Nice hot tub. Could have used more towels. Only one per person for several days is not enough. Enjoyed the property.

Close to Canyon

Easy check in/check out. Property manager checked in with me daily via text to see how our stay was going and offered tons of info and any help. We will definitely book again. We ski/board mammoth twice a month so this condo will be added to our list of favorites.

Cute ski place

This cute little ski condo was perfect for our family of six. It was very close to Canyon Lodge, so close you could walk to it and then ski home from it although with the age of our kids, we drove. It had a little hot tub and a sauna in the office Area. The most impressive part was the staff calls you and texts you every day to check in and make sure that you don’t need any help. That’s pretty incredible.

The property was clean and well decorated. It is in a nice location within easy distance to the village and shuttles. The unit numbering is a little confusing since the unit number in the reservation does not match the actual unit number at the property. The actual unit number is the number that is given out in the parking reservation. You do not see the number given in the reservation until you enter the unit. In our case, it was posted on the refrigerator.

Its run by UNPROFESSIONAL management company! With a rude CEO Jackie! I spent over $2,000 for 3 nights with no hot water to shower in the freezing weather with 3 kids!!!! And mold in tje bathroom with dry blood stains on door and not to mention a broken bunkbed and they want to credit me $150! Its a joke they can keep yhe $150 i dont need it! Shame on them! Dont waste your time and money on this property!

Lodge was immaculate, homey and just about perfect.

Very nice, beds and pillows were super comfy, kitchen was equipped with all kinds of neat small appliances, furniture was beautiful. The only down side was that the wi-fi never worked. We tried several times and it would not connect. We were high in the mountains, and understand, however we feel like that should have been disclosed. Also the gorgeous condo is located on the second level with 3 flights of stairs to get to, so if you bring your children you better pack light because it's a lot of trips up and down. Or you could just do what we did, throw out all duffels out the balcony upon leaving. We would definitely stay there again, the location was perfect, able to walk to many restaurants, pool was perfect temperature, and the grounds were beautifully groomed, even the bear encounter was a thrill for our children!!!

Please pay attention to the NEGATIVE reviews about the management company. I thought they were one offs, but they are valid form my experience. We had a few cleanliness issues, as well as one shower was not working. I asked for a small refund due to black round “debris” on the mattresses, as well as the shower knob not turning. They blamed the shower knob on user error (which was insulting). They claim they would use mattress covers in the future, but it does not address that someone made the bed (or perhaps did not) with that there – either way not clean mattress/bedding is an issue for me. They did offer a small discount on a future stay but I’d be leery of using them again. They refused any monetary refund. Not Ski In/Ski Out – (confirmed with local real estate agent after our trip), however location was walkable if you are fit - to get to unit off main road it is all uphill and was slippery with ice and snow.

Here's my thoughts...

Renting from a management company is one of the worst things you can do. I won't do it again. Everything is very strict and very "company policy" compared to when you rent from the actual owners its "customer Service/compassion". I booked my days online and quickly realized I had the requested days off by one, I needed to check in and out one day sooner and the days were available. When I requested to move the days up by one day, they refused (even tho they weren't selling less days or making less). This ended up with me having to take the trip alone so I wouldn't lose my money. I had a lovely time in a 6 person house in Mammoth by myself. When you VRBO from an actual owner, they will easily fix dates for you. You also get more attention from an actual owner IMO. The distance from the village is a 1.1 miles walk, which is a bit far for my liking. I like being walkable distance to the village when its cold, late and snowing, this was just too difficult. unit is on third floor, which didnt end up being too bad but I was lucky I was able to leave my skis and equip in the car in garage so I didnt have to lug them up and down. FYI garage has no clicker and is manual. Takes a lot of muscle. Balcony is cute, nice view, fireplace is cozy, decor is cute, place is clean. Semi close to Canyon/Austria Hof which was nice but I still drove.

Mammoth stay

Everything was great except we had a issues with connecting to the WiFi. Couldn’t connect. Other then that we enjoyed our stay and would like to stay here again in the future.

Cute little place

I enjoyed my stay. From reading previous reviews, some people said the WiFi was not working. However, it was wonderfully working for me. There was absolutely no problem & I have 4 family members constantly on their devices. The place was very clean & had all the necessary amenities. I totally love that unit had 3 TVs with Netflix already installed. With family members having different tastes & opinion on what to watch, the 3 TVs were definitely a bonus. The only recommendation is to have the downstairs bathtub door fixed so that it can easily slide back & forth. I had a difficult time maneuvering it so it slammed on my fingers. The surrounding outside area was clean the 1st day I arrived. Then the next day some neighbors walked their dogs & did not pick after the dogs. The trails behind the unit had dog poop all over the ground. This is not the owner’s fault, there were signs everywhere for people to pick up after their dogs, but some people are just rude like that. Overall, the place did meet my expectations.

Great place to stay! Very clean...

The condo was easy to find, a great place and clean. Check in process was interesting. The key pad was not working and had to drive to get the key. The condo had lots of good cooking ware, but needed some BBQ utensils. Just be advised of the flights of stairs, you'll get your exercise ...lol. Beds, and couches were comfortable. The view is very nice and relaxing. Now for some improvements. The condo has poor internet, and only works in the evening time. The Internet didn't work during 8am- 6pm, which is weird. Need to address the internet issue. No dishwasher detergent was provided, we ended up hand washing the dishes. Shouldn't be doing this on vacation, but that's me. It does get hot in the summer, and make sure to turn on the fans when you sleep. Ceiling fans would be a big improvement with hot and cold weather. Other than those little issues it was a great experience.

Safety Issue & Posting of Check-Out Policies.

The property was very nice. The internet worked great. The property was very clean and the kitchen has everything we needed, as advertised. However, the staircase (1st level) was worn left of center on the 1st 5 or 6 steps. I fell once, on the Friday night that we were there.. Carpet was more than likely worn badly due to traffic on the stairs with ski boots and/or snow boarding boots. The carpet should be checked and replaced. OSHA would probaly have an issue with personal saftey, especially for "senoir citizens". Wouldrent/reserve this property again,. We had a nice stay. Hope the capet gets fixed for anyones concerns. Also, the checkout policies should be posted more prominently instead of on the side of the refrigerator. Luckily was saw the on Saturday night prior to checking out on Sunday morning.

ski in-out not really

The complex has a few units that are ski in-out but many units are not. BEWARE. This unit was also up stairs. Noisy neighbors can be a problem due to the construction. The unit it’s self was quite nice.
