Fantastic Holiday Home

The location of the property is great for exploration of the nearby mountains and hills and for cities such as Florence, Lucca and Pistoia. Cantagrillo is a village only five minutes away which is useful for supplies and Pistoia has a car free historic center with great restaurants and shops only 15 minutes drive. The house was excellent with great bedrooms, comfy beds, air conditioned rooms, the pool was essential given the heat wave! There were five of us including two small children who loved the house and especially the pool. Thank you to the owner Roberto for a hassle free holiday .

We had an excellent stay in Villa Marisa

We had an excellent stay in Villa Marisa. The villa is large, well-maintained and clean, with a nice pool outside. Located in a green environment, perfect for exploring Tuscany. Roberto was waiting for us to arrive late in the evening and he was just the most kind person. Roberto was very flexible and responded quickly to any question or request we had. So thank you for this lovely holiday Roberto! And also thank you to VacaVilla for the fast and professional communication.

Seventh time renting in Italy and probably the overall best experience

Seventh time renting in Italy and probably the overall best experience. Easy access location close to main highway and the gorgeous town of Pistoia. The house I was a hit with everyone , but it’s the owner (Roberto) which made the experience so much more enjoyable. We’d recommend without hesitation. Additionally- impossible not to mention the great communication with the VacaVilla team, which is something other platforms can’t rival or even offer. As one of our party said : “best vacation ever!”

Tuscany Villa Magic

Villa Marissa is a charming and elegant gem nestled in the Tuscan Countryside. Beautifully decorated and clean my family enjoyed our stay there. Our day trips included Pisa, Lucca, Empoli. Chianti, Florence American Cemetery and Siena. All within a 30 to 90 min. drive with a car. We cherished taking a dip in the pool after sightseeing all day in the hot temps. The owners Mr. Roberto and his wife Barbara were attentive and excellent hosts. Questions were answered promptly and they offered kind and supportive advice. The kitchen and bath had more supplies than most other rentals. Which was extra nice. There are only 2 minor cons that I can list. Being a bunch of cooks we wished the kitchen had a few more skillets and pans and cooking utensils and the driveway might be a challenge for some. It is curvy, gravel and uphill. Overall my family fell in love with Tuscany and Villa Marissa! We were sad to leave. Thank you Mr & Mrs Roberto for sharing your glorious villa with us! Laura Z

Belle semaine passée à la villa Marisa. Quelques petits problèmes et ajustements en arrivant avec la propreté mais Sandra est intervenue rapidement et efficacement. En revanche, la montée pour accéder à la villa pourrait être améliorée, accès en gravillon et terre pas très en phase avec la villa …Le frigo était cassé en arrivant mais un nouveau a été installé le mercredi. La villa offre un havre de paix et la literie est de très bonne qualité !

Prijs kwaliteit is opzich goed. Oprijlaan is erg steil en was een onverwachte uitdaging.Host is vriendelijk en leidde het goed rond.Vila was opgeruimd maar niet super schoon, sommige plekken zaten nog spinnetjes en dergelijk.Zwembad heeft een ruwe bodem en het terras zou zeker een opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken!Badkamer beneden is opzich goed alleen toilet zit erbij in, dus voor degene die beneden slaapt niet handig als iedereen daar naar het toilet moet.Verder opzich prima verblijf gehad.

Villa Marisa super zum Entspannen

Wirklich super zum Entspannen und runter kommen. Sehr ruhig, sehr privat. Schöner Pool der zum Relaxen und Abkühlen gut ist. Das Haus ist super schön, groß und war sauber. Unsere Kids hatten dort sehr viel Spaß! Ansonsten typisch italienisch…. Sehr guter Kontakt mit Roberto und Sandra. Pistoia und Lucca sind 2 schöne Städte. Auch andere etwas weitere Ziele wie San Gimignano waren gut von dort zu erreichen.

Sehr schönes und elegantes Haus! Die Qualität der Zimmer und der ganzen Ausstattung ist sehr hoch,

Sehr schönes und elegantes Haus! Die Qualität der Zimmer und der ganzen Ausstattung ist sehr hoch, auch sehr schöne Betten. Der Pool ist nicht groß und eignet sich zum Baden, aber weniger zum Schwimmen, ist aber eine schöne Erfrischung. Das Haus liegt völlig uneinsichtig und allein ohne Nachbarn, von den oberen Etagen hat man einen schönen Blick. Von der Straße muss man etwa 200m auf dem Grundstück eine Schotterstraße bergauf fahren, mit einem normalen Auto ist das gut machbar, ist aber etwas steil. Der Vermieter Roberto ist sehr freundlich und war bei Fragen über WhatsApp oder Telefon schnell erreichbar. Ein zusätzlicher Bonus wäre, das Klavier zu stimmen. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr liebe Gastgeber und ein sehr schönes Haus. Es ist ruhig und trotzdem nicht weit zu Restaurants und zum Einkaufen. Zum selber Kochen ist ebenfalls alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt.
