This is a private home with contactless check in. Welcome to our Farmhouse Cottage at Harbor Inn. Our beautiful, renovated farmhouse is decorated in a beachy farmhouse cottage style. It's perfectly located a short walk to Lake Macatawa public beach, Holland State Park (Lake Michigan beach) and Tunnel Park beach – with a great walking/bike path in front of the house you can walk to all of the beaches! 10 minutes to Downtown Holland.


Ideal for two to three families (6 adults plus kids or 8-10 adults) for a memorable vacation. NO parties/events. NO wedding parties/events. NO bachelor / bachelorette parties.


FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT & AMENITIES: Spacious 4 bedroom home with central air conditioning and heat so it's perfect for every season and has plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen has quartz counters, huge stainless farmhouse sink, new stainless steel appliances, Keurig and regular coffee maker, tea pot, crock pot, mixer and a large farmhouse table - dining for 14 and is also great for entertaining. Living area has a farmhouse fireplace, a 55-inch smart tv (pulls out & rotates so you can see it from the kitchen, the front porch area and the deck), cable, DVD player, stereo, WiFi, games and a slider to a large front deck. The front porch offers a checkerboard table and foosball coffee table. Roku tv's in the king bedroom and the bunk room. Two full bathrooms, newly updated. Laundry room with new washer and dryer.


All Linens (bedding, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels), Starter Kit (travel size dish detergent, 2 dish washer pods, 2 toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 laundry pods, 1 roll of paper towels, travel size toiletries, variety of Keurig coffees, tea, sugar and basic spices) and a starter propane tank.


SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: King bedroom (main level), queen bedroom (upstairs) (+ pack-n-play), bunk room that sleeps 6 (upstairs), a sleeping porch with a daybed and trundle, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.


OUTSIDE: Our property boasts over half an acre with space to barbecue on the patio overlooking the large private yard. We have a large front deck, outdoor shower, bikes, fire pit, gas grill (with starter propane tank), horseshoes, hammock, corn hole, wagon, beach chairs, fun family games.

BEACH & MARINAS: Our Farmhouse Cottage is within walking distance to the beach! The beach at Lake Macatawa is only a quarter mile away. Holland State Park (Lake Michigan) and Tunnel Park Beach, just one mile away. The marinas and boat launch are less than a mile (walking distance) from the Farmhouse Cottage.


Sorry we do not allow smoking or pets at our Farmhouse Cottage.
This rental may NOT be used for parties, bachelor / bachelorette parties.
**NO PARTIES & no persons outside of your originally contracted group may visit the property during your stay.**
We are in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors.
Quiet time for all guests is 10:00pm - 8:00am EST.


NO PARTIES. NO PETS. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES. Please note: Any violation of our house rules will result in an immediate and nonrefundable eviction.
