Montechioccioli is a spacious, renovated, and rustic 9-room vacation home with cosy furnishings that can accommodate up to 12 guests. The house has a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside that guests can enjoy while relaxing on one of the three balconies or three terraces.

On the ground floor, there are three living/dining rooms with open-hearth fireplaces, dining tables, and satellite TVs. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, and electric coffee machine. There are also three separate WC's on the ground floor.

On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms with an exit to the balcony. Additionally, there are three rooms, each with two beds (80 cm), and three showers/bidet/WC. The house has natural stone floors and gas heating, which is available for an extra fee.

Guests can take advantage of various facilities such as a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and free WiFi. The house has reserved parking for up to six cars and is suitable for families. Smoking is not allowed, and only one small pet/dog is allowed.
