This beautiful condo offers 2636 square feet of living space, upscale furnishings, travertine floors, granite counters, cable TV and WIFI.

The 50 foot balcony is accessible from the two master bedrooms which are located on both ends of the condo and the living area. There is an open floor plan, so you will have an amazing "High Rise" Direct Gulf View of the Gulf of Mexico from the living/dining area/kitchen area and both master bedrooms! The spacious living area offers comfort, an HDTV, DVD player and a great view!

Both master bedrooms are equipped with king beds, HDTVs and DVD players, and each privately adjoin a large master bath with a double sink vanity, a huge jetted tub and a walk-in closet. The first master bedroom even has a walk-in shower and additional built-in storage. Both offer a direct gulf view from the bed!

A queen guest room and the twin guest room adjoin a private full bath. The second queen guest room is located across the hall from a full bath. The beds are made with fresh white linen. The bathrooms are stocked with a moderate supply of white bath linen. Personal size bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, one roll of tissue is provided for each bathroom. You may need to pack hairdryers, and personal toiletries. There is a full size washer and full size dryer in the utility room. A one day supply of clothes detergent is supplied.

The galley style kitchen, with full size appliances and a large pantry closet for your food, is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare most meals, just bring the food, coffee and your disposable items. Items supplied for kitchen: Dish towels, dish washing cloths, one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of dish washing liquid and automatic dish washing detergent.

Without any additional charges, you will have access to the pool, hot tub, wading pool, restrooms at the foot of the towers, three boardwalks to the beach, a playground, basketball courts, and charcoal grills . You may patron the fine casual dining restaurant/bar and the salon, located in The Clubhouse and the sports bar and grill, coffee and ice cream shops, souvenir and beach gear shops located near the entry of the resort. Seasonally, you may rent lounges with umbrellas on the beach, rent kayaks, The beach attendant will greet you and arrange the payment.

The owner of this condo is a member of the Clubhouse, so you will have access to the "Private" amenities, as well, by paying a daily fee at The Clubhouse desk in person for the days you choose, if any. This fee varies from $38 - $50 per day based on number of days used, but that amount covers your entire party, not per person. The "Private" amenities include an indoor pool and fitness center with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious locker rooms with showers and a sauna, tennis courts and more!
