The Beach Club Resort: 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, Sleeps 13

We purchased this beautiful condo is February of 2014 and have updated almost everything from top to bottom; all new furniture, mattresses, bed linens, towels, washer/dryer, cook-top, fresh coat of paint, and remodeled the two master bathrooms to include walk in showers. In 2019 we remodeled the kitchen and three remaining bathrooms. Avalon 2005 is located on the 20th floor of the newest tower at the resort. What makes this condo so unique is there are 2 Master bedrooms (both have king beds) that overlook the Gulf of Mexico with direct balcony access. The Beach Club is the perfect place for families looking for a quiet vacation getaway. Avalon is away from the hustle and bustle of the Clubhouse, and features a tower pool open to all Avalon guests with easy access to the private beach. The sugar white sands and emerald green waters are welcoming year round. I keep 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for guest use. I just ask when you use them to return them when you're done.

The Beach Club Resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico off Ft. Morgan Rd in Gulf Shores, AL. This resort is unique since it sets on over 86 acres with a Village setting. The amenities provided at this resort are what you would expect for that special family vacation or weekend getaway. With its Southern Charm and beautiful white beaches, you will cherish the memories of this Full Service Resort.

On days you are not going to the beach, choose from one of our five outdoor pools, kiddie pool and hot tub. While sitting by the pool, enjoy a summer beverage at the Tiki bar or have lunch at the Gulfside Grill. You will be treated with outstanding dinners at Coast Restaurant & Bar, or for more casual fare enjoy the Village Hideaway Restaurant or sundae's, and ice cream at the Village Creamery. You can even take care of all your shopping at the Village Mercantile. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the Children's Club will keep your little ones happy and excited with trips to the zoo, pizza parties, movie nights, sandcastle contests and more.

Take a short (12 minute) drive up Fort Morgan Rd. and enjoy shopping at the Tanger Outlet Stores, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA Amusement Park, OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment, miniature golf, and more. After a full day, you will love coming back to the peace and serenity of The Beach Club Resort.

Looking for golf? The area is abundant with great golf courses - Kiva Dunes (1 mile away), Peninsula (6 miles away) and more than ten other golf courses within a short drive.

As private owners we take great pride in the appearance, cleanliness and condition of our condominium and most of all personal service. Don't be fooled by any management companies promises. There's only one way to rent, and that's directly from the owner!

MINIMUM AGE TO RENT: 25. This is a NO smoking in the condo or on the balconies.

This was such a great place to stay! This condo was an awesome setup for a larger group! We had 13 people, 4 families, and had plenty of space. The living room/dining room/kitchen are spacious and great for hanging out or playing games. The balcony was huge and perfect for several people to sit and enjoy the ocean view. The bathrooms are nice and clean. One of the master bedrooms even has a large walk in closet that can fit an air mattress easy if you need. We love the Beach Club resort, and had an amazing week. Jeff’s condo also had tons of beach stuff you could use!

We had a fantastic vacation. The unit is incredibly spacious with excellent views of the Gulf. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The provision of beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon was a game changer. In general, the Beach Club has everything you need for a resort style vacation. Nice and quiet away from the main Gulf Shores area. Jeff is a 5 Star host and made this experience great!

We loved this condo only about 10 minutes from Gulf Shores Beach is more like a private beach instead of the crowds that are at the condos in Gulf Shores We will definitely will stay here for all of Gulf of America trips

Look No Further!

I’m going to go ahead and start out by saying we will be back! In fact we prefer this exact beach destination and condo. The private beach, multiple facilities, pools, basketball court, volleyball courts and of course the beach is exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful view from the condo! Huge bedrooms, comfortable beds and pillows. And my favorite would be the showers! Plenty of room to hang out in the living-room and on the balcony. Equally as important is our fantastic host. The Owner of the Condo, Jeff, was very easy to work with. Great communication which made our stay so smooth and relaxing! Jeff is so down to earth and a pleasure to speak with. We will be back! Thanks Jeff!

Very spacious

My family and I were very pleased with the size and space of the condo. We were able to comfortably sleep 10 people in the condo with no issues. The only disappointment when we arrived was the cleanliness of the place. We found multiple counter spaces, doors, carpet areas, shower doors, etc. with leftover stickiness, crumbs, water spots, etc. We did contact the owner of the condo to let him know to reach out to the cleaning company and relay this information to them, so that the next family staying in the condo doesn't have to spend the whole first few hours of their vacation cleaning out the vacuum that couldn't even pick up crumbs on the floor d/t not being emptied in what seemed like ever, as well as cleaning off doors/door knobs, cleaning out the fridge and counter tops, etc. Jeff was very accommodating to our family prior to our trip as well and was willing to answer any questions we may have had leading up to the trip. We will for sure consider staying in this condo again in the future when we return to The Beach Club.

Condo was perfect. Plenty of space for us all. Condo had plenty of beach chairs and wagon and umbrellas to use on the beach. Perfect for all of us and the owner is so kind and checked in on us as well as left a nice gift upon arrival. Will for sure stay here again! 10/10 recommend!

Roomy Condo with a Gorgeous View!

This condo was just as described, plenty of space for our family. The balcony is very large with great oceanfront views. Owner was very responsive to inquiries & provided “extras” like beach chairs & umbrellas. Highly recommend this unit at The Beach Club.

Perfect 4 generation vacation spot

This condo was even better in person than in the pictures and we thought the pics were amazing. We had 9 adults and 2 littles spanning 4 generations. Easy beach access made even better by the chairs and umbrellas included with condo (or you could rent an umbrella for $75 day). Several pools to choose from. Incredibly comfortable beds. Two king suites with ocean views. A very large balcony that was perfect for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. A living room big enough to watch movies together and a large table for sharing meals or a round of Uno or two. The owner was very helpful pretrip answering questions since this was our first trip to the area. He was very responsive during the trip also. Laundry facilities in the unit came in handy for washing our toddler and infant grandkid's clothes after eating ice cream from the Creamery on property. We would love to revisit the area again because there's so much more to see and this condo would be our first choice. Many wonderful family memories made here and more are waiting to me made. Thank you!!

Summer 2023

This location was just what our family needed. We have a couple of family members that needed easy access to the beach and a place that did not have stairs to manage. This fit the bill perfectly with the flat boardwalk, mat extension and one level living space. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed the extras, like pickle ball and parasailing that are offered. The beaches are very crowded. The space was well supplied.

Great condo

The condo was very large and accommodated my large family. From the dining room table to the living room we all fit comfortably together. The rooms were spacious as well as the bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club. Will definitely return very soon.

Amazing view!

The Beach Club is a beautiful resort and The Avalon building was great! This 5 bedroom condo is huge and was perfect for our stay with 8 adults and 2 children! They loved their bunk room! The kitchen is fully stocked! We cooked for every meal after our first night. Make sure you bring your groceries or stop on the way! The traffic is pretty terrible to the nearest Publix but there is a closer grocery store.The weather was our main issue because it wasn't as warm as we had hoped. We hope to return when it's warmer and will definitely keep this more than spacious condo high on our list!

Great layout for large family gathering with folks of different ages - in our case 9 - 76. Fabulous unobstructed view of the gulf with "walkout" access. Check in and out easy - owner responsive and cooperative.

Moser Family Vacation 2022

Property was fantastic and afforded us the room we needed with our large family. From the moment we booked this property, we have good communication with the owner of the condo. Condo was very spacious and the rooms and bathrooms were great. Kitchen, dining room, and family gave us plenty of room to eat with our large group and do family games. TV's were great and gave us plenty to watch during a couple rain delays and sports during the evening The balcony was spacious and was a great place to start the mornings with coffee and great watching sunsets and some evening storms. The polywood chairs and tables were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating for all. This was a great week and the condo was amazing. Great Graduation Gift

Took our family to Gulf Shores for our daughter's graduation gift. We normally stay down in Gulf Shores but I really enjoyed this location, everyone enjoyed the Village and the Sassy Bass was great place to eat. The place was really clean and the owners were great to speak with. Will definitely try to come back.

We purchased a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo on the 12th floor of the newest tower, Avalon. We loved the resort so much, in February of 2014 we purchased this 5 bedroom 5 bath condo on the 20th floor of the Avalon tower too.
