An open-concept living space makes the main floor the hub of the home, ideal for gathering and entertaining. A full kitchen serves the spacious living room, which has a smart TV, and the dining room, which has extra seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, full refrigerator, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and every other essential for preparing and serving meals to the whole group. A full bathroom adds extra convenience to this level.

3 bedrooms make up the middle floor. 2 have King beds and private bathrooms and share a beachfront porch with gorgeous sea views. The third is a bunkroom for 4, with a Twin-over-Twin bunk and a Twin daybed with a trundle, and a full bathroom just across the hall serves both the bunkroom and the floor. A wet bar with an undercounter ice maker rounds out this level.

A secondary living area opens the top floor, where a Twin daybed and trundle double as seating and extra sleeping space. A wet bar and a full hall bathroom add to the setup. 2 more King bedrooms mirror those on the floor below, each with a private bathroom and direct access to a shared porch with Gulf views.

Outside, porches on all 3 floors offer plenty of room to soak up the sea breeze and views. The expansive ground-floor area adds even more space to relax and dine al fresco, with a private heatable pool, a picnic table, a charcoal grill, and hammocks. A shared dune walkover makes it easy to reach your own stretch of private beach and all the sun, sea, and sand you could hope for, and an outdoor shower under the house helps you finish each beach day feeling fresh and clean.

Roughly 3.7 miles west of Highway 59, this home offers a peaceful, uncrowded, and intimate setting, with local restaurants, shops, and attractions just minutes away.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
