Bay Reach is a recently built, light, spacious, family holiday home, situated in a quiet residential area close to the beautifull Yaverland Beach. The house is comfortably furnished and has all the home comforts and luxuries that you would expect from a modern holiday home.Designed with a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, bedrooms upstairs and downstairs it is perfect for extended families or holidaying with friends - with two separate family bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) and an ensuite shower room there will be no queues to get ready for the day ahead or your evening out.
On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan, kitchen/lounge/dining area.
The lounge has comfortable seating for up to 8 people and a freeview TV Large fully folding doors lead from the lounge to the patio and garden beyond.
The kitchen has electic oven and hob, fridge/freeer, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer, toaster and coffee maker. and is well equipped to provide for your self catering needs. A breakfast bar, with seating divides it from the lounge area.
The dining area has a large table, comfortably seating 8 people.
Leading from the dining area is the master bedroom suite with double bed and en suite shower room.
A further family bathroom with shower bath is also available on the ground floor.
A sofa bed would allow for sleeping a further 2 guests bringing the total number to 8 (maximum of 4 adults only and subject to the owners' discretion and additonal charges, further information available on request) .

Outside there is a good size south facing secure rear garden, laid mainly to lawn with patio area, table and seating, perfect for al fesco dining and relaxing.
Off road parking for 2 cars.

Upstairs there is a large double bedroom and a further bedroom with 2 single beds together with a further bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle.
A travel cot is available for families with infants but bedding is not provided for this.
Bay Reach is perfectly located for enjoying a traditional relaxing beach holiday or exploring all the varied attractions of the Isle of Wight. It is within an easy 10 minute stroll of the glorious award winning golden sandy beaches of Yaverland and Sandown Bay. Sandown Zoo as featured on TV's "Tiger Island" is also an easy walk.
Sandown town centre with its vast array of shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, promenades and pier is less than 2km away and is easily reached by car, bus, taxi or a pleasant walk along the beautiful sea front promenade extending all the way into town.
The Island is perfect for exploring by bus. Southern Vectis bus route 24 runs from a bus stop almost directly outside. A short walk along Culver Way to Meadow Way/Yaverland Road gives access to a bus stop offering a range of services including bus route 8 which runs a frequent service between Ryde and Newport via Bembridge. Further services can be found in Sandown.
Southern Vectis offer period passess which provide excellent value for money.
Sandown and Brading stations are nearby which provide access to the Island Line railway ( a bit of a tourist attraction in itself) and the line links into the Haven Street steam railway line. A range of footpaths are nearby including the coastal path to Culver Down with stunning views of the Bay.
