Il Santo is a large and cosy working farm that dates back to the 15th century. Surrounded by trees, meadows and fields, the farm is located 6 km from the centre of Pari, in a secluded and elevated position on top of a hill. The farm is situated in the countryside and is made up of 20 apartments in the residence. It is an ideal location for a vacation rental for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside.

The property covers an area of 56 hectares and has a terraced garden with plants and trees, a natural garden and a meadow. An unconventional-shaped swimming pool (20 x 14 m, depth 40 - 150 cm) is available for shared use from 01.Jun. to 30.Sep.. The pool area has a shower/WC and an outdoor shower. Table tennis, garden furniture, and a barbecue are also provided for guests.

Il Santo has a reception area, billiard table, and a washing machine available for shared use at an extra cost. Heating is available only from 08.11. to 08.04.. Parking is available on the premises. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, and a kettle to cater to your basic cooking needs.

The upper floor is accessible through an open staircase and comprises an open room with sloping ceilings. This room boasts 1 bed and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC. Gas heating is available at an additional cost. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and offers a breathtaking view of the countryside.
