It is an ideal location for a vacation rental for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside.

The property covers an area of 56 hectares and has a terraced garden with plants and trees, a natural garden and a meadow. An unconventional-shaped swimming pool (20 x 14 m, depth 40 - 150 cm) is available for shared use from 01.Jun. to 30.Sep.. The pool area has a shower/WC and an outdoor shower. Table tennis, garden furniture, and a barbecue are also provided for guests.

Il Santo has a reception area, billiard table, and a washing machine available for shared use at an extra cost. Heating is available only from 08.11. to 08.04.. Parking is available on the premises. "Ginestre 11" is a 2-room terraced house with a total area of 41 square meters, located on the ground floor. The furnishings are simple and rustic, providing a cozy atmosphere for guests. The living/sleeping room features a single bed measuring 80 cm, a sofa bed, and a dining table. From here, guests can access the terrace which offers an excellent view of the surrounding countryside and the swimming pool.

The double bedroom is perfect for a couple, providing a comfortable and peaceful space for rest and relaxation. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a kettle, and a freezer, providing guests with everything they need to prepare their meals. The shower/WC is clean and functional, ensuring guests have a comfortable stay.

For added comfort, air-conditioning and forced-air heating are available at an extra cost. The patio is partly roofed, offering guests a shady spot to relax and unwind. Terrace furniture is provided, allowing guests to enjoy meals or drinks outside in the fresh air.
