This elegant townhouse 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, on the slopeside of Telluride mountain features breath-taking mountain views and the best ambiance in the region. This unit features a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, Smart TV, WiFi, steam shower, jetted Jacuzzi, raised ceiling, fully furnished, and is well appointed. The location is ideal--Not only is it Ski In/Out from the back door, but it's a 3-minute walk out the front door to the Mountain Village plaza where there is great shopping, dining and just a fun place to go for a leisurely amble. There is a free gondola in Mountain Village that takes you on a scenic ride to and from the village of Telluride. So, a vehicle is not needed, as everything is within easy walking distance from the condo. The car can stay in the garage!

Telluride has some of the best skiing in Colorado... with minimal lift lines. All levels of skiing ability from beginners to double-diamond experts are on this mountain. The ski school here is excellent (we sent three children who are all now terrific skiers and boarders).
Telluride offers Music and Art festivals year-round, and just a few steps away is the golf course! There is lots to do year-round including XC skiing, snowmobiling, hot air ballooning, ice skating, hiking, biking, climbing and of course great shopping and dining! The gondola takes you from Mountain Village to the town of Telluride in just ten short and beautiful scenic minutes. Telluride provides a luxurious atmosphere while maintaining its old-world charm.

The policy is no refund if you cancel after 60 days before occupancy, but if the unit rebooks you will receive a full refund.

The house was beautiful and very clean with plenty of space for all of us. The view of the mountains is amazing. We would sit out there morning and night staring at them. We would definitely stay here again, especially because of its view and close proximity to the village. Just a small warning that there is construction nearby, so if you have the windows open, you may have noise some mornings; it definitely varied. Other than that, the place is perfect and the hosts are very communicative, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Family ski vacation

Great place to stay. Easy ski out from the back deck and ski in only requires a few steps. Easy walking to Mountain Village and access to gondolas that will get you to the grocery store/liquor store and downtown Telluride. Great views out the windows, of a ski slope and Ski school and snow cap mountains.

We stayed at this property with our 4 children, ages 11, 9, 7, and 3. Excellent location. Easy to get to ski school and the gondola. Easy skiing down to lifts 1 and 10. Will stay again.

Perfect for family/friends. Very clean & comfortable. Everything you need to make meals. The Mt Village food market is just a ride up the Chondola #1. Beautiful views of the mountains. Host is most helpful and quick to respond. Telluride is #1 in keeping ski conditions excellent even if the weather isn't cooperating.

Best spot in Mountain Village!

Our family had a wonderful time in the Aspen Ridge condo in Mountain Village. We love this area - it is so convenient to everything! The condo itself has a wonderful view of the mountains - facing the golf course in the summer and the slopes in the winter. We had everything we needed and we truly enjoyed staying here! We could walk to the gondola, to the nearby market, and to restaurants and shops. We are excited for our next time to stay at this lovely condo! Thank you!

Great location

The location was wonderful and the communication with the owner was very good also. It is a true ski in/ski out location. Very easy walk to the Village and gondola. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. There is a king on the main level with steam shower and on suite bath. Walk out basement has hot tub and queen bedroom with bathroom. Upstairs has bedroom with 2 twin beds and bathroom. Kitchen, dinning area and living room are all on the third floor. You come in on the second floor technically the way the land lays. If you have small children and they will be taking lessons or you have a beginner of any age. This would be a great spot also as the bunny hill along with the "magic carpet" is directly out the back door. View from the unit is really good also. If there was a negative at all I would say the hot tub is on the small side but all the units in that row of the development have the same size hot tubs. So it is not like it is the owners fault. It is just a smaller hot tub. Four adults max I would say. I would recommend for anyone wanting to visit Telluride to stay here.

Perfect New Year's Ski Week!

This property was incredible! Sheryl's place was clean and inviting, with everything our family of four needed for a wonderful ski/snowboarding week. The location of this townhouse couldn't be better (ski right from your back door onto Meadows) and is close to Mountain Village core and the gondola into town. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of space to relax in the living area. Lovely fireplace and gorgeous views from the patio. Would absolutely book here again. Thank you, Sheryl!

Best Slopeside Condo Ever!

Absolutely fabulous location. Walk to Mountain Village, ski in-out of back of property and get to the Chondola/Sunshine lifts. Condo layout was great for our family and well stocked with everything a family could need, including a pair of scissors and a Sharpie for marking up the little ones ski gear! I would definitely recommend!

Amazing property!

This property is likely under advertised as an excellent location. You are on the ski hill directly out the back door! The gondola and village square are a 5 minute walk or less. I know that it is advertised that way, but you need to see it to believe it. We were WOWED the minute we walked through the door. Honestly, no need for a car. The market at the bottom of the gondola is a full fledged super market! Night in the town of Telluride? Gondola in the other direction! No worries about a few too many!! Fantastic on all accounts!! Our group discussed other properties, and unanimously decided that you would be hard pressed to find, what we found in Aspen Ridge 25! We highly and unequivocally recommend this property to others! Finally, the owner was very responsive and accommodating to any questions that arose! Awesome place and views!! Treat yourself!!

Great location and amount of space

We had 6 adults and the layout of the condo was perfect with 3 bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. The location could not have been better…close to everything and wonderful to have ski in/out access. We loved having the hot tub and steam shower after our active days. Sheryl was easy to work with & answered all questions. We would love to visit Mountain Village again!

Everything was perfect!

Perfect home and location for summer or winter. Walk into the core or ski in/out on Meadows run. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a two-week stay. Well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, great laundry machines, humidifiers, room to spread out. Amazing views, super friendly owner, can’t say enough great things about this place. Would absolutely stay again!!

The overall experience was good. However, the neighboring vacationers in the unit next door were very disrespectful, loud, parking in our space, etc. we would think twice about staying again as the next door neighbor experience was so terrible.
