Caribbean Sea Breeze Villas is a unique boutique villa beach front property, located in Providenciales, directly fronting the Caribbean Sea on Long Bay Beach; one of the most beautiful, undisturbed, and quiet beaches in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Caribbean Sea Breeze Villas consists a total of three (3) well appointed, comfortable and professionally managed Villas.

Caribbean Villa is a ground level two bedroom ocean front unit which comprise of 2 queen sized beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and living area. This Villa can sleep up to 6 people.

All our Villas are directly fronting the Caribbean Sea on Long Bay Beach. These Villas are no more than 25 feet from the edge of the dune. The views are to die for!

All our villas have free, open & unlimited access to the beach and all other facilities we have to offer.
We provide free light daily housekeeping, bath & beach towels, free wireless internet, complimentary toiletries, and outdoor grill, (unlimited) air-conditioning, water, power, linens etc.

The beach, in front of our villas, has powdery soft white sand, crystal clear ocean water and views as far as the eye can see with constant cooling tradewinds.

We are located on a continuous three (3) mile long stretch of Long Bay Beach, allowing you the pleasure of a casual romantic walk along the shore, or a long jog for a good work out.

We are located In Long Bay, at 137 Long Bay Beach Drive - directly on the Caribbean Sea!.

At Caribbean Sea Breeze Villas you can have it all to make the perfect tropical island vacation that you have always dreamed about!

Amazing location

Fantastic spot, could use upgrades to some of the amenities such as beds, fans and windows but all in all amazing spot.

Wonderful!

We were hesitant to book due to lack of reviews, but so glad that we did! We just left after a wonderful eight night stay. I can't say enough about the setting...it is steps from a very beautiful beach and the views were amazing. As for the villa, it is very well equipped, and they made every effort to make our stay perfect. One example is that after a couple nights stay we contacted the housekeeper, Luz, to say that the beds were too firm and asked for some blankets to soften the mattress. We came home that evening to find memory foam toppers on both beds! The service was truly outstanding. Thanks for a great vacation!

Owner told me a code but there was no code box or sign to check in otherwise. No door numbers to know what room to stay in,No response til the next day, nats, and roaches, horrible stay couldnt wait to.leave.

Spartan paradise?

The best way to lose a star in your rating is to have a crummy mattress. It felt like sleeping on foam covered plywood. Thus, sleep was never complete or even very restful for that matter. But aside from that fairly significant oversight, the condo is right for the price; serviceable if not a little barren. Think Red Roof Inn. On the plus side, the location is incredible. It's on the (much) quieter albeit windier side of the island. On several occasions we'd go the whole day and not see another person on the beach. In previous reviews by others, there were complaints that the beach was unwalkable and too rocky. We did not find this the case and took walks up and down the beach daily. We found it sublime. The water is gorgeous. All in all, we would recommend this place because of the location, views, and price. But for heaven's sake, owners, invest in some decent mattresses.

At arrival we were not greeted however key was easily accessible , some issues w opening windows however once we called service was rapid and excellent Property is dated however it is clean and price is fair Beach is incredible and service when needed excellent all very kind people If your looking for a good value quiet get away on an incredible beach this is the spot

Amazing oceanfront access!

The property itself was very average, but the location was incredible. We had everything we needed, but as beachfront properties often do, the appliances had been through the ringer. They all worked though and we ate out a great deal. The beds were not terribly comfortable, but AC in the bedrooms helped make the few nights where the humidity was high a bit more tolerable. Our shower did not work, but we knew it was not something that could be fixed quickly and we’re not willing to have someone working on the property while we were on vacation so we made due with sharing the second bath shower. It is windy here all the time and the window are metal fins so it was very loud all the time, but there was hardly anyone else around so very quiet and secluded otherwise. We had access to a washer, but could only use the dryer when the house keeper was there as it was in a locked area. It was offered to us, but when we attempted to use the washer it had just broken. It was replaced the next day, but we had trouble lining up with when the housekeeper was available to use the dryer. We had to use the clothes line to dry our laundry and while we only ran two loads, the clothes just didn’t dry all the way on the line. Again, we were there for the beautiful views and access to the beach so we made due with nearly everything else the way it was. Very happy with our time spent on the islands and would probably rent the property again, but would prefer the upstairs unit next time.

The pictures showed television in one of the bedrooms that wasn't there The unit was decorated differently as well I wished we had maid service daily However the people were friendly and the view was amazing 👏🏼

Breezy stay

Staying in a villa on an almost private beach, priceless! The wind blows all day and all night on the terrace, making a very hot day feel comfortable. Nothing missing, the house is well equipped. Lita was our housekeeper for the first two days and taking good care of us. We haven’t seen her replacement, Claudette, though.

Sea Breeze Villas

It is difficult to tell from the photos but it is actually 2 buildings. One has an upper and lower unit and the other is a stand alone. We had the lower 2 bedroom unit. It was clean and bath and beach towels were changed out every other day. Since only the bedrooms are air conditioned the fridge is struggling to keep cold and comes on quite often. A bit noisy. The kitchen/living room area had jealousies windows which would be great for letting the breeze in if they worked. The property is a good value for the money and in a quiet neighborhood. Suggest you bring water shoes, lots of rocks and shells as beaches are not groomed.

Breathtaking Views

I cannot explain the beauty! The condo was big enough for the five of us and came well equipped. We did not spend much time there as we were enjoying the island, but would definitely stay there again.

Affordable option on Long Beach Bay

This is not a luxury accommodation. It is clean, on the beach with great kiting access and perfect for my kiting husband and his brother. With just three units on the property, it is quiet and private with plenty of room for lots of kiting gear. Furnishings are sufficient and the kitchen has basic equipment. Lita, the housekeeper, was there to greet us and came every other day to clean and change the towels. We loved our stay and plan to return next year. We considered it a hidden gem on Long Beach Bay.

Property in bad shape

Nobody arranged a meeting for check-in, as promised. Lockbox code was provided, but no lockboxes were on property. Units are not marked, so we had to guess which one was ours. A lot of windows in the unit can't be opened. First bathroom's window is inoperable, so forget about fresh air. Owner responded they will repair it, never did. Toilet was running, so we had to close the valve manually. The property is in a bad shape, showing lack of maintenance and investment. The cleaning lady was awesome and provided clean towels and made beds, but the rest lacked the owner's attention. There is a tree on the photos of the beach, but it was cut down, so there is no shade as you would think based on the photos.

Great place is you want to be secluded!

Lovely property, great communication with owners. The house is in a very secluded part of the island so you literally have the beach to yourself! That's a plus, but there is a lot of seaweed on the beach immediately in front of the house, unfortunately. But other than that it's a great place to stay. Definitely need to rent a car. Very difficult to get around otherwise.

Great spot on the beach

We had 2 couples stay here for a long weekend. The house was clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Having 2 bathrooms was great for getting ready. The beach access is great and super private. Almost nobody on either side of you. Beds aren't the best, you can feel the springs a little but we slept fine. Bedrooms are air conditioned, but the rest of the house isn't.

Awesome view of Long Bay Beach

This is our second stay in the lower 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa . We stayed in the Villa from the beginning of January 2019 to the beginning of February 2019. It is a great location if you are a kiteboarder enthusiast or just want to sit on the most beautiful beach and relax. My husband spent many days kiting down the beach from this location... water and wind are perfect. The villa is very clean and the wonderful housekeepers Luz and Claire are very helpful and the most accommodating people! We were supported by the most helpful concierge staff Carolina and Jui many times . There are some enhancements to the villa due to the Hurricane of 2017 since our last visit 3 years ago . A fresh new paint of white colored walls certainly has brightened up the villa. This is an older structure and the furniture is dated . A nice new modern dining table and 4 chairs have been a lovely addition. The mattresses could use replacing as they are very uncomfortable ( hard and lumpy) Liz and Claire brought us a topper which was very helpful for a better sleep. Daily garbage removal and light housekeeping duties are performed by the great housekeeping staff. Beds are changed frequently and nice new beach and bath towels are provided.There are plenty of towels for guests to use. The villa provides nice toiletries. The kitchen is adequately stocked for cooking but there is no dishwasher . We cooked at the villa frequently since we were there for a month. Anything we didn’t have was quickly brought to us by the staff. A barbecue is provided for communal use.( 3 villas on the property). A washing machine is available for use and a clothesline for drying . Bring or buy your own laundry pods. We needed some repairs during our stay and the maintenance staff were very helpful and quick to respond. Excellent service provided ! A rental car is needed as this location is a short 10 minute drive to Grace Bay restaurants, shopping and grocery shopping. The unpaved roads leading to Long Bay are challenging and the entrance to this villa is also bumpy and unpaved ... go slowly to avoid ruts. Guests are provided with lounge chairs , beach chairs ,kayaks and SUP. A cell is provided for guests for local calls. Great wifi service and cable TV in the Villa. We loved our time in Long Bay and we would definitely return to Caribbean Sea breeze . Beautiful spot for a vacation in paradise! We will be back!

Long Bay Beach House

We stayed here four nights and it was great. We went down to Turks and Caicos to Kite and this side was great for kiting. The house is about 20mins from the airport and easy to find (helpful to download google maps). It's sort of located in the middle of the island so location is convenient. Loved the fact that it was close to the water which made it easy for kiting. Only issue is that there is really no beach area to take off/land kite, unless it was low tide then it was ok. I like the fact that they left this area pretty natural so it's still a raw place and not overbuilt. AC and Wifi work great. The only thing I would say is that like previous reviews the beds are a bit uncomfortable and can feel the springs in some places (maybe a topper would help), but other than that it was a great stay, I would stay here again.

Such a beautiful location!

We loved our 10 days here! We wanted peace and quiet and this was the place for it! Loved being right on the beach/ocean. Luz and her cleaning crew were really friendly and discreetly in and out each day. The one thing about the location is the wind. It’s really windy! Yes it is a windsurfing beach! There were days it felt too windy to enjoy sitting by the water so we would go to other areas of the island but after a few hours of heat we would head back to our little windy beach where you never got too hot due to the breeze. We rented a small car ( you have to have a car- you are pretty off the beaten track, nothing within walking distance). The road to get to and from is a very bumpy dirt road- if u can, rent a Jeep type vehicle, we did survive with our small car, just gotta go slow! The unit itself is pretty basic. Roomy enough with 2 beds, 2 baths. No tv reception, there is DVD player and a few movies there, internet worked well -did have to have modem changed once but it was done right away. Basic kitchen utensils, no Pantry items such at all ( hard to store any there as it gets humid). Suggest stopping at grocery store before you get to house or you will be going right back out! There are toiletries and TP a roll of paper towels and a gallon of water for you. There was some dish detergent there. There is a grill to use but it was too windy every night we were there to use it! There is a washing machine (bring detergent) and a clothesline for drying. No stereo or anything for music, we brought a small speaker to use with Our phones for music. Plenty of bath and beach towels and lounge chairs on the beach and a paddle board and a couple kayaks . I thought the mattress was hard and worried it would be hard to sleep on but actually (I have a bad lower back) I realized my back felt great all week and now we are wondering if our mattress at home may be too soft, ha! I only mention the mattress as a previous review mentioned it being hard. Conch shells all over the beach and on the water, you can dig them out, need water shoes or some footwear to walk along the beach. My husband did fish right out in the water off the beach and did catch a bonefish and a couple others but it’s a tough fishing spot (wind and at times waves). We went to various other spots on the island looking fo good fishing spots. In ending, we did love our stay! Thank you!
