The Space:
These spectacular gulf view townhomes are located directly across from the emerald-green waters and sugary white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast.

Enjoy the gulf views and gulf breezes from your master bedroom living room or private balcony of these condos. This town home offers 2 bedrooms/2.5 baths and lots of space to spread out. The large master bedroom offers a king with an in-suite master bathroom. A balcony off of the master bedroom allows you to watch the glorious sunsets or sunrises that our area has to offer. The very spacious guest bedroom offers a king bed and a guest bathroom. The main level of this town home offers a nice sized living room with balcony dining area and fully stocked kitchen. The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper and the unit sleeps 6 comfortably. A washer/dryer is available in this condo. There is plenty of room to meet and greet in these very spacious units. Covered parking that pulls right up to your door is available for two cars.

Costa Vista offers a swimming pool and is located directly across from the beach. This complex is conveniently located near golf courses entertainment restaurants deep sea fishing and more. Walk across the street to Pompano Joe's world famous gulf-front restaurant or take a walk down the newly built walking/biking path to Capt. Dave's.

Location, location, location

The location is great! Just across the street from the public beach. Short walk to a small convenience store to get water, snacks, etc. Across the street from Pompano Joes, a fabulous restaurant.The unit is as advertised. Could use a bit of maintenance, but we would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

We love this beach — we think it’s the best in all of destin. Great beds— balcony views — separate rooms for kids. Weird sliding bathroom doors in bedrooms but not a big deal.

Great condo!

This is a great condo, and it is exactly what we were expecting. It is directly across from the public beach access, so it’s just a short couple of minute walk (which is what we were hoping for). Perfect location, clean, and decorated real nice. I would come back and stay here again.

Will stay here again ....

Online listing is accurate. We were just steps away from the beach. Nice area, comfortable and spacious. We stayed with 2 young adults and 2 children and had plenty room for all 6 of us. Monica (host) was great with communication. Beds are comfy ... and the best part for me was the towels! They were soooo soft! We would definitely book here again!

We are first time visitors to the Miramar area and absolutely loved the location of the townhouse. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room to not be packed in like sardines. We loved having the two balconies to watch the dolphins from. And the washer and dryer were very handy to have in the unit. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a great location.

We had a great time!

The property is CLEAN! Spotless. First thing I did when I got there was mopped the floors (my toddler loves rolling on the floor and then stick hands in her mouth) and my mop was absolutely clean. The townhome was dated but it wasn’t a big deal. The location is awesome - you can see the water from the balcony and beach access is right across the street. We would stay here again.
