From sun up to sundown, this gulf-view, gorgeous condominium on the 4th floor of Surfside Resort in Destin has a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico like no other. You get the best of the views, the shimmering sands, and the vast blue-green Gulf of Mexico, straight ahead and magnificent clear view of the sunset to the west.

You will feel like you are in heaven!and you sip your morning coffee on your private balcony overlooking the crystal clear waters and plan your day ahead. You can take a stroll on the beach, take a dip in the pool, work up a sweat in the fitness room. Walk to one of Destin's fine restaurants or just relax at the beach and sink your toes in the powdery white sand.

This unit has all the comforts of home with 2 flat screen TVs with DVD players and all the tools you would need in a kitchen to make a gourmet meal or a snack.

This unit has two bedrooms,and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed that is as comfortable as clouds. The guest room has a queen size bed. The living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa.

Surfside Resort is located close to amusement parks, shopping stores and many fine restaurants.

The host's description was very accurate. Excellent location to the beach and pretty much anything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surfside. The Bushwackers were excellent at the restaurant and bar

Amazing ocean view.Clean rooms. I recommend bringing a bed sheet for the sofa. However, I purchased one and left it there. Easy beach access.

The room was disgusting. Bathtub was gross, curtains are filthy, couch has a big brown dirt spot on it and is not comfy— suncken in, the master shower had a bunch of black in it, the doors were absolutely disgusting.. need a good clean, cabinets in bathrooms were dirty, and just walking on the tile flooring turned our feet brown. The extra lock on the door was hanging on by a screw and ended up falling off. The lights in the kitchen and master bathroom only work when they want. If you flip the switch, they may or may not come on. The kitchen sink faucet comes completely off and will spray you right in the face and everything behind you.. so be careful. The washer and dryer worked great, our toilet stopped working, and the owner got back with us quickly and had maintenance come fix it asap. This place is not worth the price. It’s dirty, and not everything works like it should. Would have rather paid a couple hundred more for something clean, and things that work.

When I tried to plug in a device, the outlet fell out of the wall. A worker at the beach waited until we got to the spot that we wanted, and said that we could not be there, not gonna mention his name. The umbrellas that they put out for Rental take over the whole beach. The toilets did not flush properly. There are no quiet hours and it was very noisy even after midnight. Lots of workers and noise early in the morning. one out of five stars review.

Yes, guest never contacted me about any inconveniences therefore, I can’t comment on any of her issues as none of them were reported to me and I have other guests checked in prior and after did not mention any of these issues

Was over all good. There are some things that could be upgraded such as shower heads and beds as the bed and bedding was not the greatest and the shower heads in the master didn’t come out evenly. The tv in our spare room didn’t work at all. We figured the living room one out tho. The host was fast at first to answer my questions about early check in and parking passes, but once I mentioned the tv problem I never heard back. So I never mentioned any of the other issues. But over all I think the listing is very accurate and it was a great stay I would stay here again. I’d say the price is a little steep for what I got as some things didn’t work but over all I’d do it again so hope this helps.

Thank you for your feedback but i never got a msg re the tv’s would have definitely addressed it with maintenance. Most of the time the problem with tvs are not that they are not working but are disconnected die to playing games. The cleaners are supposed to check them out prior to the next guests but sometimes they forget to do so my sincere apologies for the inconvenience Upgrades are made as the season die down but not at this moment

Excellent Vacation Destination

This is our third year staying at Surf Side. We do a family vacation every year and we always enjoy it here. The pool and amenities are exceptional. The restaurant has the best Sushi in town and it's bygo after 4pm.

Short stay

Ibrahim was very easy to deal with, great communication very prompt in answering. The place was in a great location and very nice. Will be staying again in the future.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the condo and furniture. The photos on Vrbo made it appear much more updated than it actually was.The overhead lighting did not work in the master, leaving the lamps as the only source of light. The 2nd bedroom didn’t have a light source, other than a lamp. The cookware was also very worn, and food stuck badly to the pots and pans.The bathtub in the guest bathroom was clogged and contained hair and debris upon our arrival. Maintenance did come to clear the drain, but I still had to clean the tub myself before it was usable.All of the furniture was older and the upholstered bed in the master was very stained. Overall, the unit did not meet the expectations set by the listing photos, and the cleanliness issues negatively impacted our stay.

Birthday trip

I stayed here for my birthday trip and loved it. The unit was clean and spacious. The host was very accommodating and responded to messages very quickly. It’s a great location as it’s minutes away from attractions, grocery stores, and food places.

Great location.

I loved my time at this condo. The host made checking in very easy. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative and it had nothing to do with the host or the condo was the heated pool was not working. I will definitely be looking to renting this condo in the future.

Good location, bad unit

Great location and area. Good pool, great restaurant. 2 minutes to a beautiful beach. The unit itself is run down. Lights flickering, not overly clean. Cabinets new but the rest is in need of a renovation.

July 4th week

Overall it was a great place. I would rent again but not big enough for kids and adults . This is a great view of the ocean and watching the fireworks of the other hotelel on the left side. Traffic is normal and several places within walking distance. Ice is the only issue it is not availble. Overall it was great vacation. Surfs Hut restaurant is the bomb and you can go to the beach out the back door

Easy Beach Access!!!

This was our 1st trip to this area and we were very glad we stayed at Surfside Resort as it seemed to be one of the better resorts with easy access to the beach. All you had to do was either walk across the street or use the bridge that would take you right to the beach where the resort had chairs and umbrellas, some condos don't have that included in their price but it was $50 a day and very worth it. Also walking distance to several food and gift shops. The only downfall would be the parking if you have a taller truck. However if you are in a car or smaller SUV they had plenty of parking.

Location/beach access was great. Wear and tear, pics look better than in person. No pool/beach towels or beach things (coolers/chairs/games). I feel like a typical beach place always has those things. Only 1 tiny tv in a bedroom had accessible apps. Main tv is small and just has cable. Cold water barely works in the main bath sink, so you will burn your hands every time you wash your hands, brush teeth, wash face. Overall, best bang for your buck in the area 👍

Thank you Will have maintenance look at the water issue, no one has complained about it as far as i can recall but its fixable we only provide regular bath towels not beach or related items TV's will be upgraded in due time

DISAPPOINTING

The pictures show better than in person. The rental was not cleaned very well. The second bedroom was very small and should not have a queen bed, the bed was very old, loud and uncomfortable. The unit itself needs alot of updating. There was alot of things that required attention. We were very disappointed. I emailed the owner with all of this information per their request at check in and never received a reply. The overall location of Surfside Resort is perfect.

I am very sorry that she had a negative experience in the unit. The size of the bedroom is of standard in the building. It was advertised on line what kind of beds the unit was furnished with. I never had any complaints as to the level of comfort and it making noise before. However, i will take into consideration to see if it needs replacement. The unit gets updated as I have received feedback emails from renters in a timely manner. As a policy and rental agreement, the guest has to send me an inspection report upon arrival, I double-checked my emails and spam file, no such alleged email was found. My cleaning crew could have gone back to the unit and addressed what ever the guest found unclean, however. The Owner

Great View

The view of this place is amazing, great access to the beach, close to all shopping centers and souvenir shops. Only down side was the cleanliness! When we got there the place seemed like someone MAYBE wiped it down with a singular Clorox wipe. There was human hair all on the shower walls of the master shower which was gross. Was told the kitchen was fully equipped but it had one cutting board, a few pots and pans and poorly sharpened or broken knives. This overall didn’t make our stay horrible but it would have been nice to have this taken care of for the price we payed. Communication was great from the jump however! It’s a good place for people 18-25 because we were on the beach most of the time!

This is a great condo at a great location! There’s no staff on sight Sunday- Thursday but we had no problem figuring out parking passes and getting to our condo thanks to the email instructions from the owner. We would definitely go back! Our only complaints at all are 2 things, the fridge did not get cold so things we bought were going bad and had to be thrown away. And secondly I could not get our clothes to dry and when I checked the dryer it looked like no one has ever cleaned the lint trap out. I got as much out as I could but I shouldn’t have to do that.
