I stayed for 3 nights with my family and friend and we simply loved this place. None of us wanted to leave. The house was clean and tidy. Beds were confortable. It had everything we needed to cook and the host was very nice. I highly recommend and would come back at anytime

We had a great time at the Cap K Ranch - can't wait to come back!

Spent a few days on the river fishing, great stay at Cap K Ranch, highly recommend staying here and will definitely be visiting again!

Beautiful physical setting along the Frying Pan River and Valley

It was comfortable, spacious, and clean. A new or upgraded stove/range is needed, new bbq grill needed, and better pots and pans.

Birthday Getaway

This was the perfect property for our holiday weekend and birthday celebration. Great setting, very clean and better than advertised! Especially loved the outdoor fire pit and relaxing under the starts!
