THE SPACE
The impressive great room features high ceilings, oversized windows with spectacular mountain views, leather furnishings and a gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen, with high end stainless steel appliances and stone countertops, is fully stocked and there is seating for 10 with the dining room table and breakfast bar. After a long day of skiing or exploring the Roaring Fork Valley, star gaze while soaking in the hot tub, relax on the back patio or enjoy game night near the fire.

The Primary bedroom suite is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, gorgeous mountain views and a private bathroom featuring a jacuzzi bathtub and steam shower. This spacious second bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The third guest bedroom is furnished with double. The lower-level bedrooms can be accessed by a private entrance. One is furnished with a set of twin beds and the other with a double bed, love seat and a kitchenette.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE
THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited.  Disregarding this Rule may result in a fine.

Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 14 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). A 4WD OR ALL WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE IS REQUIRED DURING WINTER MONTHS due to unpaved mountain roads.

Limit of 1 car in the garage and a maximum of 4 vehicles permitted at the property at any time. 

The upstairs master bedroom balcony door is not operational at this time.

Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.

• Special events or gatherings are not permitted. A limit of 10 guests are permitted at any given time. A penalty will be accessed if this rule is not observed.
• For security purposes the exterior of the property is under 24 hour video surveillance.
• A limited stock of basic guest supplies are provided to start off your stay.
• A drip coffee maker is provided. Please bring your favorite ground coffee as it is not supplied.
• Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled at least 30 days of arrival, 50% refund if cancelled between 14-29 days of arrival, NO refund if cancelled less than 14 days of arrival.
