PROPERTY RULES

To ensure harmony and preservation of the space, we ask for your cooperation:

•🚭 SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

•🤫 REST HOURS: Respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.

•👥 CAPACITY: Maximum of 10 guests (including children).

•🔞 GROUP PROFILE: Groups with members under 40 years of age are not admitted.

•🐾 ANIMALS: Pets are not permitted.

•🎉 EVENTS: Parties or events are not allowed.

•🧹 FINAL CARE: We ask that you do not leave rubbish or unwashed dishes at check-out (to avoid extra cleaning charges).

Note: Non-compliance with the rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.



🔑 CHECK-IN & ON-SITE MANAGEMENT

The SAPvillas team accompanies you at every step for a worry-free stay.

•CHECK-IN AT ACCOMMODATION: Key handover in person between 17:00 and 19:00.

oLate arrivals by appointment with in-person check-in (19:00-23:00: €30 | After 23:00: €50).

•CHECK-OUT: by 11:00

•BAGGAGE SERVICE: If you arrive early or leave later, you can store your luggage at our office with complete convenience.



SECURITY AND FORMALITIES:

•Payment of DAMAGE DEPOSIT (€3000) via secure method, refundable within 14 days after check-out if no damage is identified.

•SEF - (Foreign and Border Service) It is mandatory to provide identification of all foreign guests to the property manager.

•TOURIST TAX – charged to all guests from 16 years of age.
