Luxury Family Villa Overlooking 1st green of VilaSol golf, large pool and bar!

Recently modernised to a high standard is this 4 bedroom luxury family villa which boasts views of the first green of Vila Sol golf course. This 27 hole, (3 x 9) golf course has hosted the Portuguese Open on a number of occasions.

It is just a 20 minute drive from Faro airport, with Vilamoura only a five minute drive away which offers a choice of 5 golf courses plus all the amenities, bars and restaurants available at Vilamoura Marina complex.

It has two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. We can push the twin beds together however due to the design of the beds they won't sit flush together so it won't make a true double bed. It comes with a large heated pool (additional charges apply - not heated in july or august) and in the large garden an outdoor thatched bar, with a comfortable shaded seating area. Fully equipped for families with 2 high chairs, 1 wooden cot with cot duvet and pillow, 2 travel cots for babies, 1 travel play pen, children's crockery and cutlery at no extra charge. We also have a children's toilet seat and step for toddlers as well as a baby bath. It has an outdoor games area to the side of the villa which includes table tennis and darts. The garden also has a football goal and swing ball for the children to enjoy! The villa is fully equipped with super fast Wifi and a TV, offering a wide range of channels including English/Sky/sports channels. It is also air conditioned in all bedrooms and has an alarm system and safe.

Within walking distance are the resort's restaurants, English style pub, shops, and golf clubhouse. There is also a health spa offering a wide choice of treatments. It is close to the sandy beaches of Quarteira, Vilamoura and Val de Lobo. 2km away from the Villa families can enjoy the Aquashow water park and we would highly recommend a trip to Quinta da lago lake where they have an array of water sports for all the family to enjoy! We recommend hiring a car so you can explore what this beautiful area has to offer. There are two large supermarkets very close by, as well as the local shop in Vila sol resort which sells essential items.

This is a very large, relaxing villa, with wonderful views of the golf course. It has several outdoor seating areas, including a covered terrace and balconies with loungers and table and chairs, perfect for watching the sun go down while sipping a g&t!

We have recently had a thatched outdoor bar area built with plenty of space to escape the midday sun whilst watching the whole family enjoying the pool and garden area .
Also to the side of the bar is a 4 hole putting green for all those avid players and those who just fancy having a go.

A new patio extension to the side of the villa has been added with a ping pong table and darts board. All the equipment needed is supplied.

You will be greeted upon arrival (4pm check in) and shown around the Villa to make sure you are happy with how everything works. You will also be provided with a complimentary welcome pack (for stays of a week and over). Maid service will be once a week, therefore if you are here for a week they will come after you have left, and if you are here for two weeks they will come at the end of your first week.

In peak times we can only accept reservations from Saturday to Saturday. Please ask us though if you would prefer another day and we will see what we can do.

Please note if you use the BBQ it is your responsibility to clean it afterwards. If it is not cleaned then an extra cleaning charge of €40 will be deducted from your damages deposit for this. If you used the charcoal provided please replace this afterwards for the next guests to use. Thank you.
