We loved the condo & the view! Couldnt park in the assigned spot having a large SUV which is the only downside, but since it wasnt summer, parking on the upper deck was fine. Our Host & Customer Service was fabulous as we stayed an extra night and got a nice discount doing so!

A Break From Winter

This corner unit is light, airy, and set up beautifully! My guests and I enjoyed the open living area and well-stocked kitchen, and we spent many hours on the balcony watching many dolphins. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable and afforded privacy. I would definitely stay here again!

Beach Bliss

The condo met our needs very well. It was clean, well stocked, and roomy. a big plus was a bathroom for every bedroom. The best plus--drifting off each night to the sound of the Gulf to those lucky ones in the master bedroom.

We love Windemere, Our 2nd stay there. had trouble with penthouse elevator code so check in wasn't smooth. After gaining access everything was really good. Condo was clean and comfortable. I recommend it.

Fun time

I rented the condo for 9 days and had the family for half and friends for the second half. Everyone had a great time. Comfortable condo and nice view. The outside chairs could use some cushions so your lower half doesnā€™t go numb while enjoying the view.

I enjoyed my vacation and appreciated the way security was set up with the codes. It made getting in and out of condo easy for everyone. Plus, you do not have to keep up with a FOB. I also enjoyed the location, the beaches are not overly crowded and you are not to far from restaurants and attractions.The condo itself made us feel like it was home.

Spring Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Perdido Key. The condo was beautiful, clean and the response of the host was very quick when we had questions. Our last day there we received a ā€œboil water advisoryā€ which is inconvenient while on vacation but we did have our own ice and bottled water. The elevators in the building didnā€™t always work either, which is concerning when located on the top floor. But none of this was in the hostā€™s control. We would highly recommend this property for families and we would stay there again!

Spacious, Clean & Great View

Went to PERDIDO for spring break & nephews graduation from navy. Condo was in perfect location & very clean. We had relatives visit for dinner one evening & there was plenty of space for dinner & board games. Seeing sunrise & sunset was magic. Itā€™s the top floor (15) so it if you are afraid of heights pick a lower floor condo. All beds were comfy except the pull out couch bed. People were cleaning elevators & lobbies daily. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Lilianā€™s pizza across the street was excellent & convenient.

Great vacation

Location - Great! Not far from activity in Orange Beach, but much less crowded. We definitely had construction noise from a couple of surrounding properties, but nothing that bothered us. Cleanliness - Saw the commons areas of the building being cleaned often. The unit itself was clean except the floors could use a good scrub. The sand was minimal and the floor seemed clean, but our bare feet would turn black after walking around for awhile in the unit. Check in/out - Pleasantly surprised to get a text message that the unit was ready early (around 2pm) for check in! Instructions for check out were clear and easy to follow. Accuracy - The listing description/pictures were 100% accurate. Would I return? Probably not, but no fault to the condo. It just wasnā€™t a good fit for us. Having the beach access on Level 1 and the pool on Level 3 made going back and forth with a preschooler very difficult. Would definitely recommend for families with older children or adult groups! The elevators were timely and the grounds were well kept.

July at the Beach

Great beach. Good overall condo / building. There are a few things that need to be commented on specific to condo maintenance and the cleaning crew. A. As soon as we walked in, we felt sand under our feet on the tile. It's a sandy environment for certain, but it was clear that the cleaning crew had made only a cursory effort to clean up sand. A quick sweep by us and it was much better. B. There was significant hair build up in the drain of the shower with two twin beds. Should have been removed during cleaning. C. We found an empty Goldfish cracker bag under the second king bed, and then a couple of empty Pringle cans under the twin beds, along with a lot of dust. Why? (Note: We received a text that we could have entered about an hour before the normal 4 p.m. check in time because the condo was ready. The crew should have spent an extra 20 minutes on cleaning.) D. The sliding door to the deck in the living room needs to be repaired or replaced. It takes two men, a boy, and an ox to open, and then a second ox to close. E. The bathroom door in the second king bedroom will not latch. The bolt and hole do not align. Look at it funny and the door will open up. F. The second king bedroom is very warm. The rest of the condo is cold, but that bedroom is too warm, day or night. It was a good condo and a enjoyable week, but for the prices being charged, more attention to cleaning and maintenance is needed to deserve a better rating. Thanks.
