Regarding the bathrooms, we would like to clarify that they are described correctly in the listing. We would also like to clarify that the property does not advertise an elevator. The apartment is located on an upper floor and access is via the stairs, as indicated in the property information. We sincerely apologize for the problems you experienced upon arrival. Arriving at 5:00 PM and finding that the apartment was still being cleaned was not acceptable, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to have to leave again and return later. We are particularly sorry that the stove, oven, and washing machine were not functioning during your stay. We understand that you were on vacation and should not have been expected to spend your time troubleshooting appliances or waiting for maintenance. We will review the listing description to make sure the configuration is presented as clearly and accurately as possible. We’re sorry that these issues affected your experience.
