Beautiful walk-in condo in a peaceful lake setting.

This condo is a walk-in unit with absolutely no stairs. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress. The condo was remodeled in 2016 with new carpet, tile, and paint, new furniture and flat screen TV's. In 2022 the shower and tub/shower were upgraded. The condo has free WiFi and the living room and both bedrooms have TVs. There is a DVD player in the living room. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped and there is a washer/dryer for your use. The dining table seats six and the sleeper sofa is the trampoline style which means there will be no bar in your back! There is also a balcony with four chairs around a small table. There is a small private pool right next to the condo and also a gazebo with grills and picnic tables to use.
The lake is just down the hill. Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am.

If you are bringing a boat, you can contact the Port of Kimberling Marina to reserve a slip. It is right across the lake and less than 3 miles away by vehicle. You cannot keep your boat or trailer on the condo property as I did not pay the fee for this to my homeowner association. There are other boat rental places in the area. This condo is located on Table Rock Lake at Ozark Mountain Condos in Kimberling City. Silver Dollar City is 11 miles away and Branson is 14 miles away. There is a wonderful grocery store two miles from the condo. There are several nice restaurants nearby if you don't want to drive into Branson West or Branson.
