This unit includes: • Master bedroom with king size bed • 2 Full Baths • Built-in bunkbeds in alcove • Fully equipped kitchen • Granite counter top • Tile flooring • Living/dining area • Queen sleeper sofa • TV in living room A washer and dryer are located inside this unit for your convenience. 10th Anniversary Week Trip

We absolutely love DBC, and the beach and restaurants in that immediate area.

Great for families

This unit and location was perfect for our family. The unit was updated and clean, and very convenient to the beach, shopping and food options. Nothing could have been any better. The only thing I would add is a full length mirror for getting ready. Otherwise, our family looks forward to staying here again!

Perfection for Our Family

I booked unit #210 for our stay and it didn’t disappoint. Check it was said to be at 4pm I received a text at 1:30 that my unit was ready. I went in the office to check in and it was really quick and the lady was super nice! The unit felt so welcoming and fresh when we first entered. The view of the gulf was amazing, perfect for my coffee on the balcony. When we went to the beach (which seconds away) we met John who is the beach attendant. He was a very nice young man, he even makes runs to the store for you if you need anything while on the beach. We enjoyed the complimentary chairs and umbrella that they offer as well (you can bring your own canopy, umbrella, chairs too). The building is located in the middle of everything which makes it convenient. My ONE complaint is the shower head in the master bath could have been better ( one with an attached removable head so you can reach sandy areas.) We will be back never year. I won’t stay anywhere else!

We have stayed at much better units in this building

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th year staying in the same condos building. This is the least functional and worst unit we have stayed in. First, the refrigerator leaked and had a missing freezer door handle where they had put a suction-cup handle instead. It was very difficult to open the freezer and the handle fell off several times. Then, the unit barely had enough intensive, cups, etc. Really missing a lot of items we needed. They are supposed to be able to accommodate up to 6 people and there were only 4 of us and we had to continually wash things so we could have plates, cups, silverware, etc. There were only 3 bar stools at the counter that was about 10 feet long. Normally, we use the sofa bed and my son wanted to sleep there. But when we opened up the sofa bed, it was not able to be slept on. Where are you would be placing your head the bars to support the mattress dipped down so if we would’ve had our two other children with us, we would not have been able to stay in the unit. The master was the master bedroom had wasted space. A barn door across the bathroom, which made noise and didn’t really provide very much privacy. Instead of side tables on the bed there were small tiny attached to the wall stands that cannot accommodate very much. There is large open space in the bedroom that would’ve been nice to have shelves or something to organize clothes. Would never stay in this unit unless it was fixed. Was decorated nicely, just needs repairs and attention to kitchen items that should be provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation at Destin Beach Club was great. The property is well maintained and not very crowded. Check in was easy. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and plenty big for our family of 4. Overall the condo was fine,but I do have a couple of Cons to this specific condo. -The balcony to the condo has an obstructed view due to a large extended balcony on the left side. -The balcony is located directly over the walkway for everyone coming and going to the beach/pool. -The condo is located directly across from the elevator. The master bedroom is located in that part of the condo. You will hear everyone that gets on/off the elevator. -The dryer does not work properly Overall, the condo was fine and all we needed. I would stay at Destin Beach CLub again in a different condo.

wonderful stay at the Destin Beach Club

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a second floor unit surrounded by our two daughters families. The condos were spacious, comfortable and clean. Each one had a beautiful view of the beach from their balcony. Our condo had a huge deck with room for all 12 of us. We liked all the storage and the fully equipped kitchen A few minor things: there were empty salt and pepper shakers and when asked for some I was told that salt and pepper weren't provided, only one coffee filter was provided, very not enough hand and bath soap, etc. The bunk beds in one duaghters room was quite unstable and had no rail, the pull out beds were very uncomfortable. It would be hard to sleep 6 people in theses rooms unless several of them were small children. They price was high, but not out of line for the location, loved that you could walk to alot of things, although highway 98 is very heavily travelled and didn't seem to have a speed limit. Overall I would highly recommend this place for people who want a comfortable spacious place right on the beach. The beach was very clean with soft white sand and was not crowded. Each unit had beach chairs and umbrellas set up each day.

Great place to stay!

Property was centrally located for what we wanted to do. Property description was on point. Very clean and nicely furnished. Staff at the condo were very nice and informative. Perfect stay!

Air vents were coated with dust. Several places in the ceiling were cracked and pieces falling. Grout in tile needs a deep cleaning. High trafficked areas grout was black non trafficked areas were white. Items are easily fixed. Would stay again.

Fantastic weekend getaway!

A wonderful place with beautiful ocean views and a quick drive to all of the happening places in the area. The staff there were super friendly/helpful as well as the other guests staying at the property. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. It has everything you need! Be prepared to bring coffee filters/coffee with you! Already planning my next vacation there.

Booked here because it was newly renovated and so close to the beach. Loved that it was not a high-rise condo, and we only had a 20 second walk over the dune until our feet were in the sand. We have teens so you would think being across the street from the GIANT outdoor arcade would be exciting, but we were definitely bummed. Thank goodness you couldn’t hear it from inside the condo or from the pool/beach side. The Destin Beach Club doesn’t feel like a motel or nail salon even though the first thing you see when you pull up is the “VACANCY,” “WALK INS WELCOME” message on the marquee. That made us cringe a little, but we forgot all about it when we stood on our balcony and saw the beautiful pool patio and the Gulf of Mexico. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: On site Key pickup Incredible view Extremely close to beach clean Washer dryer in unit Decent decor Pool was clean and had plenty of chairs Cons: Shower had very little pressure. Very difficult to wash hair Unit is next to stairwell, elevator and trash chute. It is very noisy! Bedrooms and bunks are located near the door. EVERY SINGLE SOUND outside was so loud! Made it difficult to sleep. Tip: turn on the bathroom fans (they helped drown out the noise There are plenty of dishes for cooking, but absolutely NOTHING is left from previous renters in order to make things convenient for the next renter. Typically, when we rent, things such as salt, pepper, aluminum foil, dish soap, garbage bags, etc are left. Not here. So prepare to spend at least 20 bucks on stuff you need or bring your own. Although there is a washer/dryer, it took 3 hrs to dry 4 towels. The tv remote worked, but you had to stand up and hold it at a PERFECT angle for it to work. If you have ATT cell, it isn’t going to work well anywhere in Destin. We were happy this place had free WiFi however, we discovered the free WiFi seldom worked. It also came with beach chairs and umbrellas with the cost of the unit. The chairs and umbrellas were SO CLOSE TOGETHER that they touched each other and one could not walk between them. The chairs were literally 2-3ft from one another, so prepare to get cozy with others who are renting from the facility. Overall, we had a nice stay. The unit is not extravagant, yet it is certainly adequate, definitely clean, and has a beautiful view close to beach,
