Experience the tranquility of Crystal Villas, a small 27-unit complex located on the serene west end of Crystal Beach. With a private beach exclusively for residents and guests, you can enjoy the luxury of space and comfort without the crowds of high-rise buildings. As a bonus, we offer complimentary beach service from March to October, providing one umbrella and two chairs daily. Please note that tents are not permitted on the private beach.

Our condo is impeccably maintained and boasts exquisite designer touches. Recently, we spruced it up with brand new living room furniture, light fixtures, and a 50" smart TV. You'll also appreciate the convenient workstation area, which includes a charging station for your cell phones and tablets, so you can stay productive while soaking up the sun and ocean breeze.

The condo is ideal for a family of five, offering a comfortable stay with a new king-sized bed with an extremely comfortable mattress (new 2022), a queen size sleeper sofa in the spacious great room, and bunk beds tucked into the hallway alcove for the kids. The well-equipped kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops (2024), a Keurig coffee maker, and a plentiful supply of designer pots & pans. In addition, a new Henckels knife set (caution extra sharp) and electric wine bottle opener are provided to ensure you have all the necessary amenities for preparing and enjoying a meal on the balcony, which offers breathtaking views of the Gulf.

The condo boasts two well-appointed bathrooms with a shared shower area (walk-in shower upgraded in 2024 - sorry, no tub), which also includes a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. To help you get ready for the day, both bathrooms feature lighted magnifying makeup mirrors. We provide oversized luxury towels for indoor use, but we kindly request that you bring your own beach towels for outdoor activities.

As an end unit, our condo has extra square footage, providing an additional three feet in the kitchen, bathroom, and master bedroom. Windows on the side and an open-ended balcony to the west provide unobstructed views and a feeling of spaciousness that you won't find in other one-bedroom condos.

Conveniently located on the second floor, our condo offers privacy and views without the need to climb another flight of stairs.

Sorry, no elevator

Our location east of Henderson Beach State Park and within walking distance to restaurants and great shopping makes it an ideal base for exploring the area. Destin Commons, golf courses, water parks, movie complexes, and one of the largest outlet malls around are just a short drive away. With numerous water sports and excursions available, Destin is sure to capture your heart.

1) Crystal Villas is strictly a non-smoking complex. Smoking is prohibited not only inside the unit but also on the balcony, in the parking lot, and on the beach.

2) All renters must meet the minimum age requirement of 25, which is strictly enforced. As a family-friendly and peaceful establishment, we ask our guests to be mindful of their behavior and keep noise levels at a minimum.

• Non-compliance with either of these rules will result in eviction with no refunds of rent paid.

Our standard payment/cancellation policy requires a 40% deposit on reservation, with the full rental payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Travelers who cancel 60 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the amount they've paid. Cancellations made after that point will not receive a refund.

We are aware that there are numerous accommodation options in Destin, which is why we are dedicated to providing you with a pleasant and comfortable experience that includes high-end amenities.
