Palazzo Le Cupole is a stately palace comprising 4 apartments, located in the heart of the historic centre of Ostuni, on a characteristic square overlooking the city's Cathedral.



The apartment, located on the first floor accessible via a staircase (approximately 15 steps), opens onto a hallway with a relaxation area from which you can access the rest of the accommodation. The living area consists of a lounge with a double sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen. From here you can access the splendid private terrace with breathtaking views over the entire city, down to the sea. This is the ideal place to enjoy a typical Italian aperitivo. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. From the accommodation you can admire the splendid panorama of Ostuni Cathedral, located next to the apartment, and in particular the façade of the right side nave and its rose window.



*Given its location, the apartment is not suitable for travellers seeking tranquillity, but it is perfect for those who love nightlife! The accommodation is indeed located in a central and lively area; the presence of venues in the immediate vicinity could cause noise during the evening and night hours.



*The apartment is located in a ZTL zone, we recommend leaving your car in one of the car parks outside the central area and enjoying the historic centre on foot.

Ostuni, known throughout the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Valle d'Itria. Its historic centre, of a blinding white, immense, culminates with the Cathedral (600 metres from the apartment) which imperiously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a clear and crystalline sea. Characteristic are its alleyways, Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of S. Oronzo which majestically protects the town.

Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and food and wine culture, Cisternino, a village recognised amongst the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnazia, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with evocative historic centres and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the Orient, whilst heading south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, capital of the Baroque. Moving westwards there is Taranto, heart of Magna Graecia and finally Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.



The nearest airports and ports are Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes).
