Great Rental In Lincoln Near Skiing And Lakes

Great house with all new furniture and two arcade games close to Loon Mountain, lakes and many other activities. This is a great year round rental with stuff to do in all four seasons. This is a perfect rental for two families with children!

You will also have access to Loon Mountain Club with up to 8 people. It includes access to a fitness center, racquetball, indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi and everything overlooks the slopes at Loon Mountain.

The space
The house was just updated with all new furniture and beds in April 2017. The house easily sleeps 10 people with 2 sets of bunk beds and two king beds in 4 separate bedrooms. There are also 3 full bathrooms. We also have a large finished basement with a couple old school arcade games available to play for free during your stay. We also have window AC units during the summer months and a portable AC unit in the master bedroom.

Guest access
The whole house is accessible when rented.

Interaction with guests
We have a handyman in the area in case an emergency arises and we can always be reached via cell phone. There is also an informational booklet we created on the kitchen counter detailing WIFI passwords, closest hospital, etc. for use during your stay.

The neighborhood
There are a few other houses in the area and it is conveniently located right off the highway within minutes of Loon Mountain. We are just two minutes from downtown Lincoln.

Getting around
There are plenty of activities to do in the area. They include, skiing, water slides, tubing, fine dining, ropes courses, hiking, lakes, etc. There are many activities within a short drive of the house.

Anticipation

With covid messing up the world and our vacation plans we needed a relaxing time in the mountains, hiking and outdoor activities. We got that and a great place to stay. The pictures don't do the place justice. We weren't a large party but the place was perfect for one. Some places have bedrooms but no place to gather or separate! This place had both! Workplace covid issues messed up our plan and the manager of the property helped us more than we had a right to expect. Kudos to the manager Cliff, we enjoyed the property and our vacation. The location was quiet and near everything Lincoln and Woodstock had to offer, situated near Clark's Trading Post. Only one drawback may have been there is no view of the mountains, which wasn't a problem for us because we were hiking in them! The place lived up to our anticipation and expectations. Stay safe everyone!

This property was everything that the pictures said it was as well as everything the ad said it was plenty of room big beautiful house lots of bathrooms great place to stay for adults as well as kids would recommend

Great Ski trip

We rented this wonderful house for Feb vacation week. Our boys had so much fun in the white mountain, and this house is our home base. All the major ski resort are close by. We were able to go to 4 places in 7 days. For the non skiers, winter hiking in the white mountain is wonderful. In the evenings, there were no need to turn on the TV when you have Pin ball and Packman in the house. Internet connection was great. There is no issue when some of us have to work from home. Thank you.

Wonderful month-long stay

Great place to stay in Lincoln, NH. We stayed for a month and enjoyed the location - near everything in Lincoln and Woodstock, a great home base for exploring the mountains and river. The house was as described, lots of bedrooms and beds to accommodate groups. It was clean and comfortable, AC available throughout the house which was great on the hot summer days. We loved using the grill outside. We enjoyed the passes to the Mountain Club to use the pool! The only negative we had was that the washer was broken during our stay, but the owner let us know beforehand and kept us updated about it getting fixed. Overall, such a great stay, the owner was very responsive and helpful. We'd love to stay again! Thanks!

great home away from home

This rental has all the conveniences of home and was very comfortable. We had some rainy days but enjoyed staying in. Would recommend to families and other large groups.

We enjoyed our stay!

This house was great for our party of 9. The house was clean, check-in was easy and convenient for all house guests. The location was near to Woodstock and Lincoln yet in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end road. Property owner was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay!

Very nice house, very responsive owners

We stayed at this house during the Feb school vacation week for skiing at Cannon and hiking in the Whites. Bottom line: we have been doing the ski vacation rental thing with 2-3 families for about 5 years now and this is the best house we have stayed at. We will try to stay here again if it is available. Location: One exit south of Franconia Notch, 10-12 mins south of Cannon, similar travel time to Loon. So very convenient. The house: There is a huge "mudroom" to keep skis, boots, snowshoes, jackets etc. Easy to keep things organized with the cubbies and hangers. Entry is via key-code so no juggling keys. Well equipped kitchen, large dining table (easily 8+), TV/hangout space adjacent to kitchen and in the large basement. Basement includes (working!) pinball machine and PAC-MAN console - old school. Two big bedrooms with king beds with nice firm mattresses. Two rooms with bunk beds plus trundle i.e. 3 beds each. The owner was out of town so we interacted with his brother while we were there and he was super-responsive to any questions we had.
