Multi-level, open, AC/FP, deck, swim club. F1703 by LRS

Enter this three-level spacious townhouse to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen. The living room offers a wrap-around couch, fireplace not in use, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV with DVD. The full kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher. The dining area table seats six with three more seats close by at the kitchen counter. Also on this level is a half bath and washer/dryer as well as access to the back deck. Head downstairs to a second living area with a TV, two bedrooms, and a full shared bath with a jet tub. Each bedroom on this level has a queen bed and there are two child-size twins in the living area over the futon couches. The topmost level of the townhouse has two bedrooms each with a king bed, television, air conditioning, and private bath.

Enjoy membership in the Forest Ridge Club House, with an indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a deck overlooking a private pond. Use of swim club requires digital key access. Loon Mountain is just a short drive away and shuttle bus service is provided on weekends and holidays in the prime season.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces and sleeps no more than 8.
This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at
The pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has 3 mini split air conditioners: in the upper bedrooms and main living room.
Forest Ridge requires at least a 3-night minimum and a minimum renter age of 24 years.

The townhouse was very nice and we all had plenty of room. Bring salt, paper towels, napkins, and dishwasher pods, though. We ate most of our meals there and had to run out for salt, napkins, etc.

Very much as advertised. The community heated pool was only a 7 minute walk away. The host would respond very quickly to all of our inquiries. Highly reccommended!

Great stay at Forest Ridge

It was clean, AC was a plus and worked great during some of the hotter days, and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The area is very quiet, peaceful and close to the downtown area. We walked to the pool a few times (about 10-15min) which the kids love utilizing. I have used Loon Reservations for many vacations and look forward to returning again!

The shower handle was still in the blue and was plenty warm, same with the sinks. There was a little musty smell in the entryway and basement, but it wasn't too bad. We'd definitely stay here again.

The unit had more than enough bathrooms, which made things really convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a coffee pot and toaster, so we had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. Having a washer and dryer inside the unit was a big plus!We did have a small issue with the hot water the first night, but we called the 24-hour support line and the problem was resolved right away. Excellent customer service.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Winter weekend

We had such a great stay at this property! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out for 6 adults and 2 children. We ate dinner at The Common Man which was a minute away, and also went to see the Ice Castles which were about 7 min away. Overall, we had a lovely weekend making lots of memories!

Location is great, minutes from downtown Lincoln. The outdoor pool was great! Hot tub was unfortunately closed for maintenance during our stay. Only issue we had was that we had no hot water the first night, but the maintenance person was there within 5 minutes of calling and the issue was resolved quickly. Only suggestion would be to provide more than 1 key. And a couple chairs on the check would be nice. Would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend this property.

Great Getaway

The location of this property is fantastic. Close to everything but tucked away. The property manager is outstanding. The condo itself is roomy and clean. Lots of room to spread out. It has some wear and tear and could use a little TLC (scuffed paint, bent broken radiators, an air hockey table that is destroyed and should be removed.) I wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Could have been much better

Reviewer Comments: Stayed only three nights: The bad -Half of which had no working refrigerator - food spoiled, extra trips to supermarket for ice, food. -no offer from office about discount to buy fans or replace food using cooler/ice -July but only two working fans in a 4 bedroom, 3 living room unit. -2 of the 3 staff at office seemed annoyed versus helpful about fans and refrigerator -back door screen and handle broken -wi-fi network did not show up on our devices -some windows don't open, -water on hot setting gets extremely hot (burn warning for kids) The good -good location -nice pool (indoor and out) The mixed-bag -maintenance and office didn't really believe fridge didn't work, maint. tried reluctantly to fix (gave inaccurate reasons/excuses, did come through with spare fridge but 1 1/2 days in to 3 night trip after food already spoiled and cooler/ice/food replacement

Loon mountain getaway fun

The rental was very spacious with many bedrooms and bathrooms.It beats a hotel stay anyday. Very cozy atmosphere, very nicely decorated with New Hampshire theme and related to skiing and snowboarding hence on loon mountain. The property is very clean inside and out. Full kitchen with all the utensils you can think of for cooking own meals which is very cost effective for family. Very close to food gas stations, and convenience stores. We stayed here to go to storyland which is about a 45-minute drive, via kancamagus highway, which has spectacular lookout points to view the mountain. It was raining for a little bit that day but the tree limb branches with leaves covered the road and protected the car from the rain. The property is in a great location, and felt like home. We enjoyed it a lot and will be going back as soon as we can.

Check in directions were sent an hour prior to the check in time and were easy to follow. The property is in great condition, very clean and comfortable. The beds were great, excellent sleep throughout our stay! Right in Lincoln but just off the main road, a nice and quiet location.
