This is a great location close to Loon Mountain and local attractions. Condo was very roomy with plenty of space for a large family. The area was quiet and the balcony was a nice outdoor space to relax and enjoy morning coffee at.

The reservation process was very easy and communication was quick, concise, and clear. The condo was in very good condition and exactly as advertised. I’m thinking about rebooking for a ski weekend this coming winter.

Wonderful Family Stay at LoonWe had such a great family stay at Loon in Lincoln, NH from Friday through Monday! The condo was a great home base for spending time together and enjoying everything the area has to offer.The Wi-Fi was down during our stay, but honestly, it turned into a blessing in disguise—we spent even more time talking, laughing, playing games, and actually enjoying each other’s company without distractions. The pools were definitely chilly, but that didn't stop us! We may have been the only ones brave enough to enjoy the outdoor pools, and we had a blast having them practically all to ourselves. Overall, a wonderful family getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again!

2 week stay in July-August between 2-7 people any night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay here for a family reunion period. The downstairs was used by our daughter's family of 4. we stayed in the main bedroom on the main floor and our other son stayed in the upstairs. Space was nice and comfortable. Unit had adequate amenities. We especially liked the dressing room/closet between the master bedroom and the bathroom.

It had all the amenities we needed and a good central location to enjoy all that Lincoln and surrounding areas offer. It is a quiet place high up on a hill with a wonderful outdoor/indoor pool and hot tub within walking distance or short bike/car ride. The tennis courts on premise are an added plus making our visit more enjoyable. The condo is clean and comfortable easily accommodating our large family.

Super close to loon

Great space with plenty of room for a group of people looking to ski. Was clean and well equipped plus the shuttle to mountain was very convenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many in my large family were able to congregate in this spacious unit. In general, we were very pleased with this unit. We would like to suggest that a door be placed separating the main floor bathroom from the closet. There is a lack of privacy the way that the door is placed at this point.

Beautiful views of Loon Mountain, the house was adequately stocked with everything you needed. The rugs did have some discoloration stains that were almost to be expected from a rental so close to a ski mountain. We enjoyed our time together at the house with plenty of room so that we all felt comfortable. Our group would definitely stay here again

The queen bed on the bottom floor could use a new mattress, it was not comfortable. The carpets could use a good shampoo. Other than that it’s a great rental at a great price!

Great location, and responsive management to issues. But the amenities could be be improved: quality and quantity of dishwasher detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc was not good. The number and quality of these items for our 4 night stay could be a lot better. Also, cleanliness of the interior could be better. Under the couch and in closets appeared to not have been addressed anytime recently.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, excellent value and generous accommodations. Very comfortable for 9 adults. The condo is a bit dated but pleasant to be in. The downstairs can get quite humid as we experienced when we first arrived. It took about a day to improve with the AC and small dehumidifier in downstairs bathroom. Parking is limited to 2 cars on site and 1 for overflow parking. So if you have 4 or more cars, parking can get challenging.

Very Nice. However a Couple of Fixable Issues

Lots of space for us to spread out. Beds very comfortable. We have stayed at other units in this village that were stocked better. Paper towels, napkins, paper plates, bigger pots and pans to accommodate a large crowd. Third floor upstairs shower was dirty, had hair in it. Bottom floor toilet is sweating really badly, should be looked at. Remote for TV in bottom floor bedroom needs batteries replaced. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you

needs help, a serious cleaning and a window treatment upgrade!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time while in Lincoln, NH for our ski outing with family.The condo was convenient and just the amount of space that we needed. The Loom reservation service was great to work with.The overall condition of the condo was FAIR. There was nothing (booklet or manual) to explain the workings of the condo. The shades that needed to be closed at night for privacy were in disrepair and had to be jury rigged. The overall cleanliness of the condo was POOR, with the kitchen being the most offensive. The cabinet doors were flithy, and much of the dishware and silverware that were in the cabinets were also. The kitchen was limited in its offerings of supplies for cooking, serving food or any kind of place mats for the table, etc. The downstairs large window that has a lovely view of the mountains was clouded, giving it an appearance of being dirty.A serious cleaning and an upgrade of the window treatments would go a long way in approving this property.Wasn't sure what the purpose of the DESK CHAIR right outside the primary bedroom was for. Looked terrible and was in the way.
