Great year round getaway! Get out, enjoy the sunshine, changing of the seasons, and tour this scenic area. After winding down, your stay at Whispering Waters will sure to delight. Whispering Waters is located at 4254 Lake Avenue, Keuka Park, overlooking Keuka Lake. This is the perfect family oriented vacation rental to unwind, rejuvenate, and have fun. Located on the West side of Keuka Lake, this vacation destination offers something for everyone. A three bedroom, loft sitting/sleeping area, and two, full bathroom, year round vacation rental home with a gorgeous view of Keuka Lake can be enjoyed from the front deck, or the private dock area. This home sleeps up to Eight Adults. Situated on a quiet drive for local access, this home offers privacy, but is close enough to the main road, and several of our areas most popular attractions. Whispering Waters is within walking distance to Keuka College (Keuka College Commons-Star Bucks), for that early morning cup of Joe.

Whispering Waters boasts a fully furnished kitchen with all modern appliances. The dining area features a stunning view of the lake through sliding glass doors. The dining room table accommodates eight so your whole family can dine together.

Outside, you can enjoy a meal cooked on the gas grill, enjoy your favorite glass of wine under a moonlit sky, or read that long overdue book. In the morning, open your eyes to a spectacular sunrise while you sip on your steaming cup of coffee or preferred beverage from the front deck overlooking the lake.

Spend your days on our private dock. Enjoy fishing, swimming, hanging out with family and friends. Feel free to bring your favorite outdoor toys such as boats, jet skis, kayaks, canoes, and sailboards. Roast marshmallows in the evening, and make s'mores over a crackling fire.

Visit historic Penn Yan which is located approximately 5 miles from Whispering Waters. You will find whatever you need, including, but not limited to fine dining restaurants, shops, banks, grocery stores, a gym to maintain that healthy you, pharmacies, and pubs. Make sure you visit the local wineries located throughout the region. Keuka Lake State Park is only 3.5 miles from Whispering Waters and offers a public boat launch, hiking, biking, hunting, a playground for the children, and much more.

During the fall and winter months, this house can still be enjoyed! Even while the snow falls and the lake freezes over, you can experience the warmth of this gorgeous home. Relax in the cozy living room to a movie, or unwind in front of the gas fireplace after a day of skiing/snow boarding. Enjoy a glass of wine or cup of hot cocoa on those chilly evenings.

This place was the perfect getaway. We love to boat and fish on the lake, and the view was amazing! The house was very clean and it had all of the amenities that you need. Wineries and breweries were close by and so was Seneca Farms, a must when we visit Keuka! Thank you Trace and Colleen for opening up your beautiful home to us!

We just finished a week long stay at the cottage with family and canā€™t say enough good things about our experience! A gorgeous place with all the amenities you would expect. The cottage itself was huge and the outdoor spaces(two decks plus a gathering place right at the water with a fire pit) meant lots of places to be together but also to spread out for some alone time. The weather was brutally hot all week, but the cottage was incredibly comfortable with central air and ceiling fans in every room! The views are breathtaking. If youā€™re an early riser, you get to see the sunrise each morning. There is so much to do in the area, not just around Keuka Lake but nearby Seneca Lake as well. We had a wonderful time and hope to return at some point in the future. We highly recommend Whispering Waters!

Reunion Weekend

This house was the perfect place for my friends and I to reunite for our 10 year college reunion. The house is in a perfect location right across from the lake with a beautiful view and right down the road from the college campus. The house was clean and hospitable. We loved the extra touch of mints being on the fireplace! Everything was perfect and we look forward to celebrating more reunions at Whispering Waters!

Kueka Lake Perfection

We had a great stay and can't wait to schedule another visit! The view is as perfect as the house. The welcome wine and glasses were such a nice touch. The location is perfect for visiting wineries, breweries, and distilleries. We feel lucky to have found this gem.

Warm and wonderful

My friends and I wanted to have a girl's getaway weekend and we are so happy we found this property on VRBO.The cabin was just as described with a gorgeous view of the lake and very comfortable accommodations inside.The fireplace kept us toasty and warm from the outside winter ice and snow. Trace and Colleen were also wonderful for allowing us to access the cabin earlier due to the weather which we are so grateful for!Definitely recommend this cabin to anyone who wants to enjoy and peaceful time away at the lake!

Our family celebrated 2 kid birthdays with a trip to Keuka, our 2nd home! This lake house is perfect if you want to wake up to the lake each morning. More than enough space to spread out, make your own meals, and dine on the porch overlooking Lady Keuka!

Holiday Getaway

Beautiful property for our annual holiday getaway. We enjoyed the beautifully decorated tree for our Christmas/New Year get together with friends. The fireplace is spectacular for a winter rental. The area was quiet this time of year, and we were even able to get a walk in. Property is located right next to Keuka College. Weather was nice enough to enjoy an outdoor winter fire by the lake. Trace & Colleen were very responsive hosts. We will definitely return! Do not miss out on this little gem.

A stunning view of Keuka Lake and decked out for the holidays! We had a wonderful and memorable time. If we could rank the accommodations on cleanliness, it would get a 10. Comfort, 10. Ideal Keuka Location

A knockout view of the lake, a well kept house, well stocked kitchen utensils, sheets and towels and toiletries provided, quiet area behind Keuka College, a short trip into town, all contributed to a great week. My wife and I would pick this house again, and are even considering Winter time.

Nice summer getaway

The Property offers a great escape!! Itā€™s On the water with a beautiful dock and two decks, allows you to walk through the college or take a quick trip into Penn Yann or further down the road to Hammondsport. The house is always spotless upon arrival and Trace and Colleen are very responsive and easy to deal with. We will be back

Beautiful property!

The house very clean, had lots of kitchen essentials! The coffee bar was a really nice touch. The dock just wonderful! Having a crib and high chair for the 8 month old was a bonus! It was nice to not worry about dragging them along! Thanks for everything!

Relaxation Found Wonderful Lake House

Great location! House was exactly as described, a nice quiet street plenty of parking and outdoor seating-decks along with a nice dock to dock our pontoon and jet skis. Enjoyed a fire each night in the firepit by the waters edge.Hated to leave, looking forward to our next stay!

I booked this house because of the location and views for my best friend's bachelorette weekend. The location and views did not disappoint-- we were able to have a camp fire on the lake shore, kayak on the quiet lake, and there is no shortage of wineries to visit. This house is the perfect getaway!

Our stay at Whispering Pines was nothing short of wonderful! We booked our stay for January. We relaxed by the fire, walked along the lake, and grilled out in the snow. Whispering Pines was clean and comfortable. Owners very pleasant. We will be back!

The Perfect Stay at The Finger Lakes

A stay at Whispering Waters with our adult children was an absolutely wonderful week of time off. The property had everything you could think of from the view, the accommodations, the amenities and location! Truly a gem of the finger lakes region and we canā€™t wait for a return visit! My wife and I reside in central Pennsylvania and for many years journeyed to the Keuka Lake region for fun and relaxation. About five years ago, we began looking for a home on the lake.
