Like nothing else in St. Augustine - Our luxurious pool home is located near downtown historic St. Augustine Florida, and a five minute drive to the beach. Most families enjoy their great location near everything that scenic Saint Augustine has to offer.

With 4 full size bedrooms, no one feels left out. Two king size beds, two queen size beds, all with new mattresses. In fact, everything here is brand new in this 2017 custom home in Davis Shores, including the built-in pool, patio and hot tub coming in July!

This house offers family’s amazing space and amenities to enjoy Saint Augustine. The large bedrooms allow everyone to have their own space with privacy, and while being spacious enough for the entire family to enjoy themselves. The new pool and Masters Hot Tub will mean total success in keeping everyone happy and cool during your visit to Saint Augustine.

Master suite has private bath with full size shower and two sinks. Upstairs guest bathroom has tub and shower, plus two sinks in the vanity. One bedroom is on the first floor, perfect for those who choose not to climb a flight of stairs. Right next door is a full bath.

Hard wood floors throughout, Quartz counter tops, Bosch Stainless appliances, service for 8, outdoor patio, dining room table, and a full size living room with a fireplace, and 50" flat screen smart tv. And each of the 4 bedrooms has a flat screen smart TV, plus wifi throughout, so bring your own streaming passwords. You will love your home away from home at Salt Life Estates.

Saint Augustine beach, near where this house is located, is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers when the tide recedes, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! Nearby there are bicycles and beach toys for rent. Further south, 4 wheel drive vehicles are allowed on the beach. Saint Augustine city center, less than a half mile of the house, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop til you drop! You will want to return year after year!

Great home, Great Location on Anastasia

All around great clean home, quiet and safe neighborhood, and super indoor and outdoor space for family to relax and enjoy being near the beaches and downtown St. Augustine. Our hosts were very kind and engaged and ensured we had everything we needed. It couldn't have been easier. Very convenient to restaurants, the beach, and downtown St. Augustine. Excellent pool and hot tub space to be outside with premium seating and shade. Plenty of space to cook with everything thought of to prepare meals. All bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Best Place we've stayed

This home was amazing. Our family of 8 had plenty of room to enjoy out time together and the location was convenient for all our activities In the area. We have been going to St. Augustine for years and the house was the best of our stays. The beds were wonderful. The pool was a great size the table and chair arrangements worked great. The Kitchen was well supplied with 2 coffee pots, air fryer, pots. pans, dishes, utensils and more. The Grill was new and and easy to use so our steaks and burgers were prefect. Beach chairs and umbrellas were also available and in good condition which helped since we did not bring any. The backyard was private and being a corner lot allowed a view of the public park across the street for the kids to swing and walk the furbaby. We were out each morning exercising with a lot of other Folks so exercising felt safe. You can walk to the Conch house or Taco restaurants, even to historical downtown. It was a very nice place and we hope to stay again when possible. The host/hostess were nice and responsive to questions. There were no issues with our stay and the neighborhood was quiet. the ease of the home and location made this one of the best vacations were have had. Thank you for sharing you place with us!! I can't say it enough, "Our family really enjoyed our stay"!!!

House hunting on spring break

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very well appointed and beds very comfortable. We had fun in the pool, hot tub and walking the dog friendly neighborhood. The owner was very responsive.

Amazing Stay!!!

Absolutely loved the house. Very well appointed and contained all the amenities you could ask for. Location couldn’t be better…short walk across the bridge into town. The hosts were great and super responsive. Highly recommend!!!

Weekend St Augustine

The property, house and amenities were all that was advertised and more. We were all very impressed and there was more room than we needed. The pets were very comfortable and enjoyed the outdoor area. The pool and hot tub was invitingly clean and warm and very comfortable. A very short drive from the historic downtown and beach( we didnt got to). After a long hot day of touring the historic district, we just returned and spent the afternoon in the pool and ordered in. The previous night we ate at the fine restaurant Collage. Thank you to our very accessible and communicative hosts. Met neighborhood people walking around and in the dog park across the street. Thank you for your hospitality and a wonderful home

Great home, great location

This home was a perfect location for our family to visit St. Augustine. You can easily bike or walk to several great restaurants on Anastasia Island or quickly get over the Bridge of Lions into downtown St. Augustine. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt comfortable letting our younger kids bike around the side streets as well. The house itself was very clean and spacious enough for our group of 7. The back yard pool and patio area was gorgeous and we spent a lot of time there due to the heat. The covered area and table with umbrella allowed us to enjoy the pool area while not baking in the sun. Owners were very responsive and addressed an issue we were not even aware of (missing Roku stick for main tv) prior to our arrival. Would definitely stay here again when traveling to St. Augustine.

Beautiful Home/ Great Location

The house is just like the pictures. Its a good size for a family with plenty of space and a great location. We walked the Bridge of Lions everyday over to enjoy downtown. The pool and jacuzzi were both relaxing. The house was also very clean with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here.

St. Augustine Gem

Our stay in this home was great! The home is beautifully kept close to downtown. We decided to spend our Christmas 🎄 here. Upon our arrival, to our surprise the home had a Christmas tree 🎄 and had several decorations around the home. It was so thoughtful and such a wonderful gesture. You have everything you need in this home. Will not disappoint! We will be back. Thank you for having us!!

Enjoyed the wonderful layout and location of this spot. An easy bike to town and quick drive to the beach. The pool area and hot tub were fantastic. Nancy and Frank were easy to work with and provided a luxury appointed home to enjoy. We will be back for sure!!

Amazing home

We stayed here for a couple of nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house was gorgeous and very clean. It was within walking distance of many things that were on our list to see such as the fort, sunset cruise, st George street, etc. we would definitely stay again. Thank you 😊🙏

Exceeds Expectations

I do a lot of VRBOs and this was hands down, the best property we’ve had! The home is large, open, exceptionally clean and perfectly stocked for a stay near the beach. The back yard is amazing with a nice pool, hot tub, tons of seating, covered areas and upscale furniture. Inside has great group seating, upper and lower AC, and a 1st fl BR for anyone with limited mobility. The host was always responsive and checked in during the stay. We used the garage for cars and took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella. The location is walking distance to multiple restaurants and a 5-10min drive to Historic District, the beach and grocery. Our family was over the moon and very comfortable! Highly recommend for large families and anyone who is picky about what they expect.

St. Augustine - The right way!

There was literally nothing to like about this home we rented for 4 days. It was my daughters 4th birthday adventure house treat. The booking was easy, communicating with Nancy and Frank was as easy as it gets and fast at responding too. The house was great in many aspects. Great location to downtown, great size, offered everything we were looking for in a home. The house was clean, beds were awesome and the kids just loved the pool. There is so much to see and so in St. Augustine that we must no come back and when we do, I just hope this home is available. Highly recommended that’s for sure!

Lovely property, house is immaculate and very roomy. Too bad the weather was cool and rainy because we didn’t get to use the pool… Great location and proximity to restaurants and Lion’s Bridge… Everything is walkable, except the beach but that was just a short drive. Great stay!

Beautiful house , excellent location., communicative hosts!

The pictures of this home did not do it justice. It was absolutely gorgeous! Kitchen. Was fully stocked with a walk in pantry. Bathrooms were just beautiful. Bedrooms and closets were amazing. The pool was warm and beautiful and the hot tub was exactly what I was looking for because of some physical issues. The park across the street was beautiful but more than that, so convenient for our dog! He loved it! Great quiet neighborhood. About a 7 min drive to beautiful St Augustine beach and walkable to town . Don’t pass this one up!!!

Perfect property close to everything without the crowds

This property is in a great location. Just over the bridge to St Augustine and walking distance to some good places for drink and food. The property is exactly as advertised. Clean and spacious. Has all the appliances you’ll need. Love the pool and outside setup.

Lovely home and lovely location

This home had everything we wanted in a family vacation. The beautiful and spacious home was a great fit for our 5 adult 2 kid group. Location is a short drive across the bridge to historic St Augustine and a 10 minute drive to the beach. The pool is a wonderful bonus.

Wonderful House

Great location, close to down town and all restaurants. Just a short drive to the beach. House is very clean and completely furnished with most everything you will need for your stay. Pool area and hot tub are very nice. This place is highly recommend.

We chose to make this custom house into a home simply because of its grandness and its location. The proximity to pristine beaches, Historic St. Augustine, the St. Augustine Amphitheater, Marinas, 5 star restaurants, wineries, breweries, shopping and the Bridge of Lions - it's a mere half mile over the bridge meaning you never have to worry about parking again!
The luxurious house is spacious and well-appointed. All brand new Bosch stainless steel appliances, stocked kitchen, central air and heat, plus a fireplace. Every bedroom - there are 4 of them- has a smart flat screen TV plus a 50" TV is in the LR. Plus, a new built in pool and hot tub too!! You and your guests will want for nothing!
