The home offers four bedrooms and plenty of room for up to 12 guests.

Primary Suite:
A comfortable king bed, large Smart TV, quality linens, spacious walk-in closet, and private tiled bathroom with tub/shower. Large glass doors open directly onto the upper deck, providing beautiful waterfront views.

Secondary Suite:
A comfortable king bed, large Smart TV, quality linens, closet and private full bathroom.

Bedroom 3:
Queen bed plus twin bed and TV. A tiled bathroom with shower is conveniently located between Bedrooms 3 and 4.

Bedroom 4:
Queen bed plus twin bed and TV. A tiled bathroom with shower is conveniently located between Bedrooms 3 and 4.

All bedrooms feature quality furniture and comfortable bedding.

The great room features a very comfortable sofa, 65-inch Smart TV, and beautiful views of the Matanzas River.

Kayaks & Waterfront Access

Three kayaks are provided for guests, along with paddles and life jackets. They are stored in the garage for your convenience.

The property also has a private boat ramp in the backyard, making it especially convenient for launching the kayaks and enjoying the Matanzas River.

For larger boats or watercraft, a neighborhood boat ramp is located approximately 500 feet away.

Please note: the property does not have a private dock.

Outdoor Living

The waterfront yard features a seawall with a short safety fence, along with a newer privacy vinyl fence and security gate.

Between the heated pool, hot tub, screened porch, upper deck, waterfront views, large angel oak trees, Polywood outdoor furniture, grill, kayaks, and game room, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors without ever leaving the property.
