Built in 1895, this historic lakefront cottage has over 500 feet of lakeshore on Lake Minnetonka, with beautiful panoramic views of the lake from every room. It sits next door to the Minnetonka Yacht Club and is within walking distance to the Deephaven Beach. Its 1.2 acre lot allows for plenty of off-street parking and privacy. The property's flat elevation also makes it a great spot for outdoor games and activities. It has 2 private docks that are great for swimming, sun-bathing, fishing, and kayaking from. The home has 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards that guests are welcome to use during their stay. The backyard also has an outdoor grill that guests can use.

The spacious cottage is completely furnished, with a dining room set from 8-10 guests, two 3-season porches (front and back), and a magnificent, air-conditioned great room that has plenty of space and also has a dining table that can seat up to 12 people. Besides the twin bed on the front porch, all beds and bedrooms are on the second level of the home. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and an adjoining sleeping porch with 2 twin beds. The second room has a double, the third has a queen, and the fourth has a king. For further information or inquiries about sleeping area options (e.g. adding bunk-beds for long-term stays), the owner would be flexible for additional accommodation.
