Our Splash 305E floor condo is gulf front and has a breathtaking view of the emerald green ocean and sugar white sand. It is wonderful for parents of young children, those with fear of heights, or anyone that gets upset by long elevator waits!

The unit is beautifully decorated with luxury accommodations for up to 6 (4 adults maximum) provided by a king bed in the master, bunks in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Our unit comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, Smart TVs with Netflix & HBO, free high speed wifi, and linens & bath towels. Please remember to bring beach towels.

Housekeeping supplies a starter set of amenities including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, trash bags for each can, 2 dishwasher pods, mini Dawn dish soap & hand soap.

**NO WAITING FOR ELEVATORS** Our 3rd floor unit provides quick and easy beach access. We are located on the 3rd floor of condos-- actually at a 5th floor elevation, since the lobby is on the 2nd level and the pools are on the 1st level. You can easily take the stairs when the elevators are busy!

**FREE BEACH SERVICE** We include free beach service with all of our rentals (Mar 1st thru Oct 31st). This includes two lounge chairs and umbrella reserved for you on the beach for your entire stay. This is an additional $50 per day bonus value that we have prepaid for you!!!!

SPLASH....Enjoy Panama City Beach's premier oceanfront resort that offers fun for the whole family! Located on over 400 feet of pristine gulf front, on the west end of the beach. The condo is on Front Beach Rd, about 1 mile west of Route 79. Splash is 2 miles from the city fishing pier and Pier Park, the premier outdoor shopping and entertainment complex in Panama City Beach. Gulf World Marine Park is just 3 miles away and Frank Brown Park which hosts numerous baseball tournaments is within 4 miles.

NO SMOKING: This is a strictly non-smoking unit and Resort. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property through out the duration of the rental period. NO SPRING BREAKERS!! Onsite security will check ages when you pay the $35 registration fee per vehicle for your parking pass and pool wristbands. Violation of this rule results in foreiture of stay and deposit.

NO PETS ALLOWED!

We typically only rent weekly during summer months with Saturday check-in and check-out. Our check-in time is 4:00pm central and check-out is 10:00am central.
*Splash Resort charges a $35 per vehicle one-time fee that must be paid at the registration desk for parking passes and pool wristbands*
