Enjoy our new 16x25 screened in porch on Ocean Point Golf course

One story 4 bedroom, 3 bath house, located 2 blocks within walking distance to beach access. Our comfortable house sleeps 8 with an additional Queen size pullout sofa bed. A Spacious, open floor plan and easy flow, with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. After a full day at the beach, come back to the house and enjoy OUR NEW ENLARGED DECK 10' x 25' AND A SCREENED PORCH 16' X 25'. Enjoy your favorite drink, watching the Egrets and Blue Heron roost on the tree lined fifth tee box of Ocean Point Golf course. There are daily visits from our Fripp Island Deer, and on occasion you will have a white Egret visit you on the back deck. A sight to be seen. Come on down for a laid back week on our beautiful white beach of Fripp Island.

AMENITY CARDS are available with the rental, you may purchase these cards from us, for $55 per person for anyone 13 years and older from Memorial Day to Labor Day. After Labor Day to Memorial Day $39 for four nights stay and $28 for three night stay.
The Amenity cards are used for Fripp Island Resort facilities, Restaurants, two golf courses, Marina, Tennis courts, Food court, seven swimming pools.

Include with your rental, four seat golf cart, beach chairs, cable TV with sound system, DVD player. Smart screen TV"s for your streaming. Also available sand toys, Boogie Boards, and skim boards for your use. Pick your spot on on Fripp's Island's 31/2 mile unspoiled and uncrowded beach just waiting for your footprints in the sand

Family vacation

House was perfect for our family! We loved not having to climb steps to enter the house and really loved the screened in porch! Beds were very comfortable. Sam Graci is so very nice and helpful in every way. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great screened in porch

House had a lot of room and was convenient to beach. House is older and does need some repairs. Doors leading to porches were extremely difficult to open and close. Kids couldn’t budge them. Front door was coming apart. We did enjoy the golf cart.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful. The screened in porch was great for entertaining and we loved having the outside shower in the back yard. Highly recommend this place!

Girls beach trip

The place was nice and good location. We loved the screen in porch and all the deers. We were disappointed with the beach chairs as we did not bring ours since the information stated they had 8 beach chairs. Four of them we could not open and the others were in pretty bad shape. So plan on bringing your own. Other than that it was great for us

Great stay, wonderful porch!

We had a great time at this property and communication with the property manager was really good. We enjoyed the porch the most and would definitely stay here again. House was clean, ample extra linens and lightbulbs, and a large TV in the living room for days indoors. Right on the beautiful golf course as well!

Great house, great location!

We absolutely love Fripp. The house was wonderful, no issues whatsoever. It doesn’t come with amenity cards, but that was disclosed from the beginning by the owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family vacation

Fripp Island is filled with wildlife which our family found exciting to spot and watch . Our location was perfect for accessing the beach and for walking or biking there . . We enjoyed the new screen porch ! It was a great place to have morning coffee and watch the parades of deer walk across the yard . Our family time on Fripp was enjoyable .

Nice week

Spacious, comfortable home. Well-stocked. Loved the screened porch! The golf cart was great fun and we really needed it because the beach nor any of the pools was in easy walking distance.

Great vacation home

My family and I stay on Fripp Island every year but it was our first time staying in this home. We had a great experience. The House was clean, well equipped and met our needs. We had easy communication with the property management. The description is a perfect match to the house. It was a great week and we would certainly rent this home again.

Screened in Porch!!

The was was the perfect size for our family and we all had a wonderful time!! However, the huge screened in porch area was on point! We spent most of our time, while there, on the porch!! Great home and no long staircases to climb!!

The only bad thing was there was a golf cart and it came with the rental but it was broke. We could not rent one because they were sold out.

First trip to Fripp!

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The home was very comfortable with a nice layout. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. We especially loved the screen porch/deck area- we spent a lot of time out there! Our kids loved the daily visits from the deer - definitely a highlight of our trip. The golf cart provided at the home was wonderful - we felt this home was centrally located and everything was a short cart ride away. Overall, we enjoyed this home and look forward to future trips to Fripp Island!

Ranch Style and great back porch!

Very clean inside. Comfortable for our family. Huge tv my husband loved. Great kitchen with lots of counter space and room to move. The screened porch was wonderful and the 2 ceiling fans worked well and made it comfortable even in hot summer. The queen beds were comfortable but rolled you to the middle a bit. Good golf cart-nicer than the additional one we rented.

Spacious 4-Bedroom on Fripp Island

This is a very nice home with ample room for gathering. The screened porch is especially appealing, and we made great use of that space. The kitchen is well-equipped -- my wife thought it had the best refrigerator she has ever seen in a rental property...and we have stayed at many! Sam was very responsive to answer questions that came up during our stay. Having use of the golf cart was an added bonus. We very much enjoyed the outdoor shower -- great to be able to use this coming back from the beach...and also helped keep sand out of the house! We would definitely rent this house again.

Lovely, spacious, well-kept home on beautiful Fripp Island

We had a very relaxing vacation on Fripp over Memorial Day week. The home was comfortable and spacious. We had family over from another house for a couple of meals and this house was perfect for that. Large kitchen, big TV for entertainment and a lovely screened-in porch. We enjoyed gathering around the fire pit in the rocking chairs. We also loved riding around in the electric golf cart. It was a quick ride to pools, beach and amenities. The washing machine was not working properly, but Sam and team were quick to resolve the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Back Porch

This home is perfect for a week with the family at Fripp. Great back porch and very good location for quick cart ride or nice walk to the beach. Sam is available to help with problems. Our first golf cart ride resulted in a flat tire. Sam loaned us a cart until the rental company could fix the flat. Thanks Sam.

MCRD Graduation trip

We enjoyed the house and the deer that visited daily. Loved riding around on the golf cart. The house has a great layout and the screened in porch was a great gathering spot. The home is older but we'll cared for. Our guests did say their beds weren't comfortable. ( The queen beds). We had the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the island! We will definitely go back. There was some miscommunication with Sam but it was resolved.

Another great Fripp trip!

The house was roomy for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. The screen porch and deck were our favorite spots in the house and both are very spacious. The house is represented properly in the description and met our needs for our weeks vacay. The only thing missing is a view. The house is located on the golf course but there is no view due to the trees/underbrush during our stay the first week of June. The yard/landscaping could use some attention. All in all it was a very good choice and I would most likely stay at this location again. Thanks Sam!

Amazing house for multi generational families

“Best house we’ve ever stayed in at Fripp” - my father in law (and we’ve vacationed at Fripp for over a decade now!!) This year we brought our 88 year old grandmother + in-laws along with our family that includes two boys, ages 9 & 6. The house was perfect for us for two main reasons : 1. Easy access in & out of the home / aka - not many steps. Wonderful for our grandmother (and in-laws too!) 2. Just a few blocks away from the handicap beach access (access 15) so we could drive her out on the beach on the golf cart to drop her off / set up then drive back to park. Dolphin Road was quiet, gorgeous views of the golf course just up the street. We enjoyed the beautiful screened in porch (the kids loved the hammock + telescope) grilling, and the large kitchen was sooo nice. There was so much room! If you’re looking for easy access and a relaxing ( super clean, might I add!) and spacious home at Fripp - this is the one. We will definitely stay at this one again!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lots of backyard visits by the deer!

We enjoyed our stay at 642 Dolphin. We have been coming to Fripp for many years, but needed a different type of house this time because my 81 year old Dad vacationed with us for his first Fripp trip. The house worked well for him as there were only a few steps to enter the house. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for us. The teens had the two front bedrooms (a twin and a queen) and one full bath, my dad had a queen bedroom and his own full bathroom, and my husband and I took the master suite. The house is not completely updated but it was perfectly nice for the setting and our needs. The inside was clean and open and had comfy furniture and beds. The switches were a tad confusing at first but we got used to them. Nice washer and dryer. The kitchen was great. We used all of the appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, Kureg, outdoor grill) without any problems. Our favorite area was the huge screened-in porch. Deer came in the backyard every morning and evening. There were lots of birds to watch and the water separating the backyard from the golf course had several small alligators. The yard was an ideal spot for viewing nature. I even took a nap in the hammock one afternoon. The outdoor shower was very convenient for cleaning off sand. There were two low beach chairs and lots of taller ones for us to use. The electric golf cart also worked perfectly.

Love Fripp Island

We loved the property. However, there were a lot of dead bugs that needed to be picked up when we arrived. We had some issues with finding the right property, but the property manager was able to help us. The house has plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. The porch is the main reason we booked this home.

I enjoy seeing guests, with their families having a good time. Seeing the children looking at the deer up close for the first time, along with their parents. The joy that Fripp Island brings to our families is very satisfying. They don't want to leave.

Watching the deer in the back yard. These are some of the things that you can enjoy while at the house. The house is located for a short golf cart ride, that will take you to the beach, pools and the center of the island beach club area..

The 16 x 25 screen porch on the back of the house along with a 12 x 25 deck with a gas fire pit and cooking area with a gas grill. The four bedrooms three bath house has 2,000 sq. ft. living area. The large open area in the kitchen, living room and dining area makes for a great place for entertaining.
