Come and enjoy your vacation at Sands of Laguna!!

This wonderful unit has everything you need for a quiet relaxing stay that is beach front! Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is also pet friendly for dogs that are 25 lbs or less. Pet fee $175.00
Unit sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. The unit is on the upper floor. There are about 12-14 steps to climb.

No BBQ grills allowed. No smoking on property other than at the designated smoking area. Located at the side & base of the stairs. Per HOA

Master bedroom has a king bed which has views of the Beach, a private full bathroom with french door leading to the living area.

Guest bedroom has a Queen bed along with a Full bed with access to full bathroom in the hall.
Fully stocked kitchen so that you can enjoy cooking with your family no need to eat out every night, unless you want to! Flat screen tvs with cable & private WI-Fi access.

You will not find a more beautiful view of the ocean. Loved it! I loved setting out on the balcony and listening and watching the waves. The only problem we had was the hot water was out but I called and she right away got someone there.

Great location and unit. I keep fantasizing about the potential of this unit. Furniture in bedroom was outdated and couple drawes were broken.We saw a few ants first day but bought bug spray and it took care of it Biggest problem was hall bathroom sink and tub drained very very slowly.Beach access is great- location great. Would stay again. Kitchen well equipped

My wife, our 8-week old baby, grandparents-in-law, and Golden Retriever had a wonderful time at this property. The space had everything we needed and even some nice-to-haves like pretty good cookware for breakfast and a red snapper dinner.

Laguna Beach Vacation

Excellent condo. Well stocked with supplies, appliances, and TV with DVD. Comfortable furniture. Nice balcony. Excellent location in 2-story building at Laguna Beach. Quiet beach area. Simple hidden treasure

My sister and I had a wonderful 3 days at this sweet little jewel of a place! No frills but cute and comfy....just right. Gorgeous view, right on the beach. Great location. The owner was very easy to work with. We're already planning future trips!

Quiet enjoyment

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Rental was clean and neat. Not enough parking. No where to walk your dog. On little bit of sand and weeds my dog would be covered with stickers. Took us a lot of time to remove them. Would be in her paws. Too sharp to sometimes get out easily. Only 1 trash bag digit the week.

The view of the beach from the balcony was just wonderful and the room sits SO close to the beach. Literally the shortest little walk to the sand!!! The location was also amazing because it’s such short drive to 30A or you can go the other way to Panama City leaving you with so many options for things to do! Also only 3 minutes from Thomas donuts! My sweet fur baby loved it here too and had the best time!!!!! Absolutely recommend for anyone traveling with a pet or even without! It was so clean you could not even tell it was a pet friendly room!

Much needed ocean getaway

The unit was clean, quiet, and everything we needed to enjoy our beach getaway. Easy steps to beach, great balcony views; and close to local points of interest. First time for my dog to see the ocean. Thanks for letting him do that! Please add suitcase racks in closets--they are functional and protects bedding and furniture.

Everything we needed

Perfect location for us away from crowds of springbreakers and steps to the beach. Lodging was comfortable and kitchen was equpped to cook our family meals. Would definitely stay again!

Great Beach Condo

We loved that this property was smaller (not a high rise), so the beach wasn’t as crowded as some other spots in PCB. We had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have some extra blankets since we went in the fall, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Be ready to relax completely

I give it 5 stars. Of course, like everything, nothing is perfect but for me and my family being in front of the sea with a clean, well-equipped and quiet place, because it is a small condominium, makes it a 5 star. I don't have any complaints but rather good comments. Bring your pillows and enjoy the calm and view.
