Great location!

Clean, plenty of room, and right in the middle of PCB. Close beach access and minutes to attractions made this a family favorite.

Great vacation spot

Plenty of space and everything you need to be comfortable. Location and views were fantastic. Convenient to various attractions, shopping and restaurants. Our dog loved the balconies! Would definitely stay here again!

Far as the location, it was great! One of the eyes on the stove didn't work, and it was missing shelves in the refrigerator. The cleanliness was ok. The top level master bedroom tv screen didn't work. You could hear what was going on but couldn't see it. Out of all that i still rate it a 4 out 5.

Mr . And Mrs. Morgans family getaway

The location was prefect for the beach and shopping, restaurants within walking distance The place its self needed some TLC but it was clean and comfortable enough bathrooms for everyone . Great place for a family getaway. Will be looking for it again next year.

I hope you enjoyed your stay at my home. As far as concern about the floor, we recently install new flooring and the reason of nasty floor was tile grout, we have fixed with sealed the grout and resolve the issue now. And replace the cleaning crew as well. I look forward to having you back for your next vacation.

Great place & location!

We enjoyed our stay…conveniently located & great view of the beach! Needs a little upgrading, minor issues! The dryer vent outside needs to be cleaned out from the outside! Overall wonderful

Disappointed

We checked over the house when we got there. We observed a broken window, oily floor, fridge light was hanging off, not enough towels or rags for the week, one of the bedrooms was really dirty trash on the floor and under the extra bed. Overall very disappointed

Awful

The worst place I have ever stayed. The noise from the salty goat was awful. Rats in the house, roaches everywhere. We rented a different house.

Family Reunion

Location is great, directly across the street from beach access, some shops and eateries within easy walking distance. There is a bedroom on bottom floor for anyone not good with steps, the open kitchen/living room area is large and great for hanging out. Balcony provides a good spot to have a coffee and watch the water. Overall my family enjoyed the stay. Host was responsive to my questions and a minor maintenance issue with a shower head. I do recommend this as a great place to stay, especially if you have a larger group.

Clean Unit

Very clean unit and close to public beach access. A little frustrating that there was no dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc...we had to go and retrieve that as soon as we got there.

Family Vacation

This place is absolutely amazing and the property manager exceeded my expectations. The communication was definitely there. Had a problem getting in at first but was able to call the number given and he trouble shot things and we were able to get in. Just a few dead batteries, not his fault at all! The only thing I wish I knew better was the layout (first floor - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; second floor - bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room; third floor - 2 bedrooms with bathrooms attached. I had 2 handicap people with me so knowing that the main living area is on the 2nd floor would have helped. However, we were able to make it work and we did really enjoy staying here! If I go bak to this city, I will definitely stay here again!

Very disappointed in the accuracy of this property

Very disappointed in the accuracy of this property!!! The pictures do not accurately show you the condition of the condo. Upon arriving, the first thing we noticed was a broken window and how filthy the condo was. There was food left in the fridge, food in the microwave, sand all over the countertops and furniture, the dishwasher still had dishes in it, the dryer vent was not even attached to the dryer and the floors still had sand everywhere. It was clear the condo had not been cleaned properly. Upstairs in the bunk bed room, when the trundle bed was pulled out, the full size bed fell to the floor! I immediately contacted the host and made them aware of everything that was wrong. I was told someone would be right over. 2 hours later a cleaning crew finally showed up to clean. After that a maintenance crew came to fix the bed that was broken and to remove the broken glass. All this took 4 hours. Other broken things we discovered: stove eye didn’t work, garbage disposal, jacuzzi tub, upstairs balcony door handle, tile upstairs cracked, broken closet doors, the rug in the living room was so nasty I told them to remove it from the house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to the beach on a quiet end of town. We made the best of it but will never stay here again.

Nastiest place ever

Very disappointed in this property. There was only a worn out broom and dustpan to clean with and the unit was filthy! The sofa had black sticky stuff on it, the leather pieces were torn and dirty, a green chair on the 1st floor looked as if someone picked it up from the landfill! It had stains of God knows what all over it! The microwave/vent hood was broken so you couldn’t vent out while cooking and the filters were nothing but thick grease. The two HVAC filters were completely black and one of them was sitting in water. Mold around a bathroom vent & fan, I had to buy all cleaning supplies and spent an entire day cleaning. The host didn’t think anything I said was important enough to send anyone to fix the issues. On Friday it was raining and it sounded like a door was open. I walked into the 2nd floor bathroom and there was rain coming in the bathroom HVAC vent and another square covered hole in the ceiling. The floor was flooded. I cleaned that up too and then finally at 3:30 they sent maintenance that could only tell them to get a roofer to look at it. They took down 2 smoke detectors and took the batteries out of the one in the master bedroom. I have filed a claim as the Host wouldn’t refund us. The location itself as far as the view is great. The complex itself had trash all around it and I picked up a whole garbage bag of it, landscaping was overgrown and not taken care of. All of the pictures are old pictures online when everything was nice and manicured.

I am sorry you feel this way, Guest wanted full refund and wanted to stay. We asked guest if we can send someone to check and correct the issue and if there is an issue found we can discuss or we can refund you in full if you decide not to stay. Guest decided to stay but still want full refund which is against company’s policy. Future guests can Check our other reviews and make their own judgement.

Extremely disappointed!

Very disappointed in our accommodations at this location. We needed accommodations for ourselves [man and wife] daughter and son-in -law, a grown son and a 13 year old grandson. It appeared this unit would work as there was a master with king, a bedroom with queen and a 3rd bedroom with a single over double. Upon arrival our unit was not ready, floors were being re-done. We were told to unload and come in. Immediately we knew there was a problem, the a/c unit was froze up! After a few minutes we were told we could be moved to a unit 2 doors down and the people working {Renee being the one we dealt with} were very helpful in moving our things. Unfortunately the condition of the furniture in the 3rd bedroom made it unusable. The single over double bed was in such a deplorable state [shaky, not stable and the mattresses if you want to call them that were terrible and practically non existent.] Since PCB was very crowded and we had our grandson's little dog with us which made trying to find a different place to stay VERY difficult, we felt we had no chose but to make do. My 33 year old son slept on the sofa and my grandson on an air mattress. And the sofa, like the love seat was in sad condition. We could never recommend this place to anyone. [and we won't even talk about the construction of a new motel across the street that began work at 6 a.m. everyday] Needless to say this wasn't mentioned when we booked. Much much work needs to be done in this unit. Carpet in the upstairs bedrooms was dirty, furniture in 3rd bedroom needs replacing as does furniture in living room area and downstairs bedroom in desperate need of a new mattress. Also the sofa and loveseat were so worn and dirty looking that we went out and bought sheets to drape over them to sit on.! We feel we should have been offered some sort of compensation for being inconvenienced and for the noise situation. EXTREMELY Disappointed, would never recommend and will never stay there again!

I really apologize that you have faced problem while staying due to AC. This was very unfortunate incident happened with you and this is something we can’t control but we will try to fix it asap and now we already did it. And also replace most of our furniture as well. Good Location with Great views.

Check in was easy and simple. Every issue we had when we arrived was quickly resolved. The floors definitely could have been cleaned better before we arrived. My kids feet were black just from walking on the floor when we got there but that’s not a big deal. The views from the deck are beautiful. You just walk across the road and your at the beach so that was a plus. The rooms are as described in the listing. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Parking for 2 cars under the house made it easy and convenient.
